My air went out on an 87-degree day. Joe and Craig were at a job about 45 minutes from me. They drove to me after finishing that job at 8pm and stayed for over an hour to make sure the job was complete. Not only did they NOT nickel and dime me, they were upfront and honest about everything! Ultimately, they saved me money when they could have suggested a more expensive "fix." I will suggest them to everyone I know. It's hard to find service with integrity. Keep up the good work, Temperus!

Tech was great - explained everything so I could understand. Great to be able to track service call. Tech did not rush and checked everything more than once even though dealing with temps over 100 degrees.

Craig is professional, friendly, timely and explains everything that will take place during the visit. He does an excellent job making repairs and ensuring you understand what is going to be done and any options that are available. The office team is very responsive and professional.
Highly recommend this company!
