Jose stopped by the day I called to give me a quote. His team showed up the next day on time and finished the work in one day. I got my front step repaired and the deck repainted at the same time. Seamless transaction and the work turned out amazing.

I started to notice my front concrete steps getting a little worse after each winter. This year they were literally crumbling on the corners after this past winter. It was unsightly and became a hazard.

Carlos and his team started ahead of schedule and got to work repairing my steps while adhering to my HOA guidelines. He reinforced the larger step that seemed to have a large space as the ground separated around the perimeter; while ensuring the steps rise/run were up to code. Everything was properly cured, and finished w a sealant. I could not be happier with the finished project. Carlos Aleman and his crew were tidy, respectful, professional and true concrete masons. I hired Everth from E&J Virginia Construction to remodel my house and couldn't be happier with the results. I have worked with many contractors over the past couple years have been disappointed time and again. Everth finally delivered the quality and professionalism I was looking for.

His prices were very affordable, but what I was most impressed by was the exceptional quality of his work. Everth is very experienced and highly skilled in all areas of home remodeling - electrical, plumbing, tile, LVP, drywall, paint, etc.

The tile work was particularly impressive. Everth installed tile in two kitchens and a bathroom, and the results were amazing. His grout lines were clean, straight, and very professional looking whereas multiple other contractors that I had previously hired had failed to produce the professional results I was looking for.

For the main floor, I had a very specific pattern in mind for the LVP installation. I explained it to him once and he quickly picked up on my idea and implemented exactly what I wanted. I checked the measurements myself and they were spot-on!

Everth was also super helpful on the materials side. Whenever something was needed, he would send me links to the exact items so that I could order them and have them delivered. He knew exactly what was needed and made it very easy for me to manage the project.

One of the biggest improvements he made was fixing my kitchen floor. A previous contractor had installed self-leveling cement but did not do a very good job. Everth tore out all of the old flooring completely and redid the leveling from scratch and it came out excellent.

Everth pays close attention to detail and is focused on high quality results. He carries himself professionally at all times, and when I had questions he was always responsive, had good ideas, and was very knowledgeable. Also, anytime I wanted something changed or adjusted, he came back and reworked the item until I was completely happy.

I can confidently say Everth is the best contractor in town (and I have hired many). I would highly recommend him and would definitely hire him again in the future.

Tyler was very personable and friendly, providing exceptional service and a quick turnaround for my general asks. Despite the summer heat and the many stairs he had to climb, he completed everything I needed with a smile.

Wifey was in a panic when the sink would not drain after dinner. I tried snaking and Draino overnight, but the water would not flow. Called Roto Rooter first thing in the morning and had them there and back to normal before Noon. Wonderful, professional, and courteous. Shared lots of tips on how to prevent going forward. Just a great experience.

Kimberly Reinbold came to my house at 11 PM on a Saturday night, and was extremely helpful and kind - my dog even fell in love with her! She clearly explained the issue, what was needed to fix it, and what the next steps would be. I am immensely satisfied with the service I received, and would absolutely call again, no questions asked.

My drain backed up on Sunday evening, right before the Super Bowl started. I wasn’t worried about this, but I have a commitment tomorrow that made it important to get it fixed as soon as possible. I set up an appointment with Roto Rooter online and Ben arrived at my home within 30 minutes. He was there for almost two hours, but he cleaned my clogged drain, made sure it was running properly and also cleaned up the U Trap and replaced it. Ben was friendly, professional and a real pleasure to deal with. I very much appreciate Roto Rooter being able to provide service to us at such short notice and I would definitely recommend them.

Overall service was good. Way overpriced. $450 for 30 mins of work just to tell me that I need to replace my shower. Actual issue was not fixed. Won’t return.

Update: manager called me back to inform that the diagnostic service was coded incorrectly and issued a refund for the difference. New price is very reasonable and very happy with the customer service. WILL return and would recommend.

The service from the Roto Rooter team for a recent drainage line backup has been excellent, from Alexander (initial responder), Mandeep, Jessica, Marquis & Jonathan and Mike Wallace. Each was responsive, very timely, friendly, positive, direct without any runaround and over-delivered every time.

Best service I've received from any company (any business) in at least the last 10-15 years.

This is the 3rd time I used Roto Rooter, and I am convinced this will always be our GO TO Plumbing service! Alexander Weaver was at the house within an hour of the call, was professional, caring, and understanding when knowing it was a rental in VA and we the owners are in Florida. The cost was more than the expected and he was able to honor a coupon that we were not present to give…saving us money! That! Is great customer service!!! Thank you Alex!

Everardo came same day of my call to replace a broken garbage disposal under my kitchen sink. He was very knowledgeable, professional and curteous. He was an excellent plumber and a very nice person. I will ask for him again.

Tyler, did a great job with repairing my plumbing drain. He came prepared with the right parts and tools and executed the job expeditiously. He made great recommendations on repairing the system and checked everything asked and more. He also made sure to ask how I wanted the job finished.

The technician was super friendly and eager to find a solution. He listened to the issues and took time to understand our concerns. He was competent and professional in his trade. Dispatch provided plenty of updates on his arrival and the appointment - plus it was a same day response. Thank you!
