Reviews of local pros in Springfield, Virginia

I had a plumbing issue and immediately contacted Zia. He and his employees have always done quality work. This occasion was no different. Zia was very responsive to my message and did the work to my complete satisfaction

Zia is the best plumber! I property manage three homes. Any plumbing needs that come up I call AZ Plumbing. Quick response, great pricing, excellent work! I refer AZ plumbing to all my realtor clients!

AZ Plumbing did a great job diagnosing a water leak and making the repair. They are very competent and give fair prices. They even went out of their way to explain how to avoid having similar problems in the future. Highly recommend AZ Plumbing and will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs.

The water heater had gone cold at my parents' house and after months of trying to get it repaired, we realized we needed a new one. I shopped around and AZ Plumbing was able to provide a reasonable quote. A few days later, they installed a new one within a couple of hours and were also able to point out some other issues with the plumbing that require our attention. It's an old house, so it's expected. Thank you so much Zia for your professionalism and exceeding our expectations.

AZ Plumbing responded to a late evening emergency request. A pipe in my kitchen ruptured and created a huge issue. The representative came to my home at 10pm and repaired the issue. He reassured me that the issue could be resolved and executed it with excellence. I was very grateful!

THE BEST. 10/10. Can’t recommend this company enough. Zia always provides a high level of care and intention to fix up my very first property. He has 100% of my trust. Will always call AZ Plumbing for my at home needs. 🙏

Great service! Great work! Great prices! I would highly recommend them for plumbing work!

We’ve had several issues - first, our water heater broke . I have called a number of companies and they are wouldn’t even deal with repairing it, all quoted us new installation. Mr. Zia absolutely impressed me by doing “over the phone diagnostics”- after I send him some pictures, he got back to me and said that he contacted the manufacturer and he thinks he knows what the issue is and he thinks he can fix it at a very small fraction of what it would have cost us to replace the water heater. Fast forward a couple of years- it still works like a champ! Then, we had outdoor hose connection leaking and Mr.Zia fixed that too. No leak since! Our last projects were installing new connections for our new countertop/sink, and replacing the pipes and the inside connections for the bathroom faucet. Also, we replaced a significant section of our piping because our closing water knobs on them were at the end of their life and subject to breaking at any point. Now we have high quality replacements to turn off outside pipes for the winter etc. All work was done with excellence and all pipes and connections look a lot more streamlined and take less space compared to the maze that we had before. Mr.Zia doesn’t suggest “unnecessary “ repairs and always is a great advisor on the best and most economical and sensible option by presenting us the “case diagnosis “ and a range of possible solutions. I think he’s brilliant at diagnostics and plumbing solutions- at least that was the case with us, and does very high quality work. We never had to call him back after he fixed something, because it was just perfectly done. We highly recommend him and I feel very lucky that we found him- thanks to some people who recommended him earlier on the web! Thank you, Mr.Zia!

Fast turnaround, arrived on time, professional and prepared, reasonable price, left everything clean after the repairs. We’re definitely calling again if needed.

We have known Ahmad Zia, the owner of AZ Plumbing, LLC for several years as his company has performed regularly scheduled plumbing service work on behalf of our Northern Virginia condo building for quite some time.

Recently we had the pleasure of hiring AZ Plumbing, LLC to replace our aging 80-gallon water heater and 2 toilets in our condo unit. Mr. Zia was very courteous and professional. He answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns.

After assessing our needs and desires, he provided us with a reasonable and competitive quote to have the installation work performed by his company.

AZ Plumbing, LLC pulled the necessary local plumbing permit required by our County and once the various components to complete the installation arrived, he and his team installed everything quickly and efficiently without any problems or concerns. His team also hauled away our old equipment that was replaced.

When the local County Plumbing Inspector visited a few days after the installation of all the components, he confirmed that we had selected top quality brands and that everything was properly installed to County code standards and regulations.

We are very pleased with Ahmad Zia and AZ Plumbing, LLC. We would highly recommend utilizing this company for all of your plumbing needs.

Sincerely,

Robyn

Thank you Mr Zia for a nice job x2!! Both toilets required full disassembly to replace aging parts. Mr Zia and assistant split out the work - all under Zia’s oversight - making for efficient completion. All works now as if brand new. They also did a really nice job cleaning up afterwards. Mr Zia does a lot of work in our 250+ unit condo building. Why? Because he is really good and competitive.

AZ Plumbing is one of the best contractors I have hired. They are always professional, timely and very knowledgeable and fair pricing. I recently had a new gas water heater installed in my single family home and they went out of their way to satisfy me as a customer. They treated my situation as an emergency staying late into the evening hours to complete the job. They will always be my plumber and I highly recommend.

AZ Plumbing is the best! We hired AZ Plumbing to replace a floor drain in our basement that was clogged and kept backing up every time we ran the clothes washer. They gave us a fair quote and was able to work with our schedule. They were also on-time, polite, professional, and cleaned up completely after they finished the job. We are so happy with how everything turned out and so happy we don't have to worry about the drain overflowing ever again! We will definitely call them back for future plumbing needs.

AZ Plumbing came out within an hour of us calling about a leaking water heater. The owner actually arrived before the tech so he could turn off our water and prevent more leakage. Unexpected, but amazing customer service!

The water heater had to be replaced and they were able to do it immediately. They were prompt, professional, affordable and did a great job cleaning up the area when they were done. They even placed a plastic tray under the new water heater. They turned an unpleasant situation into a happy ending.

Highly recommended!

AZ Plumbing is, hands-down, our go-to when it comes to household plumbing needs! We initially contacted them on a Saturday afternoon for a water heater emergency. Mr. Zia was there the same day and did not leave until the job got done. He even managed to rush to the store right before it closed to ensure we received the best replacement possible.
Overall, AZ Plumbing is reliable, trustworthy, and committed to the safety of its clients. We will be recommending AZ Plumbing to all of our friends and family in Northern Virginia!

AZ Plumbing is amazing. I discovered a sewage pump issue on July 4th and they were able to come and id the problem same day, even though it was a holiday. I’m very appreciative of the responsiveness and customer service and highly recommend them to anyone.

Zia replaced a main shut off valve, outdoor hose bib, and the necessary copper fittings for both components. Price was fair, work was high quality and professional. Did not try to upsale or suggest extra work. Will hire AZ plumbing again!

First rate experience and wonderful job!
Very quick response after my call, timely arrival, exceptional service from Mr. Zia including repair/replace options, advice, very clean job and the work area in the kitchen was left neat. It is the second time I used AZ Plumbing and they are definitely at the top of the list. Very reliable and very reasonably priced. Could not have been happier.
Thank you for a job well done

I had such a great experience with AZ Plumbing! We had a plumbing issue on a Saturday and I called around to 5+ plumbing companies. AZ was the only one willing to come the same day and without charging an emergency service fee. They were on time, very professional, and easy to work with! We will definitely use them from now on!

I really appreciated the prompt responsiveness of AZ Plumbing LLC. Zia was very informative and helpful throughout solving my plumbing issues. I would absolutely use him and his team again.
