Jamaal was terrific! He was efficient, courteous and knowledgable. I 100% recommend him for all plumbing related issues.

Tried making an appointment on their website. When the time for the to arrive came around I still hadn’t had a confirmation for the appointment so I called. The person on the phone was very kind and let me know I was not on the dispatch list. She added me to the list for the evening. We’re 30 minutes outside the window now and I still haven’t heard from them.

I’ll use Micheal and Son’s from now on. At least they text you to confirm an appointment.

Trey showed up in record time over a holiday weekend to help get us back in action after a bad kitchen drain blockage that I couldn’t clear. Highly recommend… great work, cleaned up, and super nice!

Tyler and Trey were prompt, extremely professional, courteous, and VERY knowledgeable. My hot water heater failed over the weekend, and Tyler and Trey were at my door shortly after I called for an appointment for a FREE price estimate. They took their time, and assessed all potential issues UP FRONT in order to present me accurate price estimates--based upon different installation scenarios. I would have signed a contract with them over the weekend...but, the wife wants me to get more price estimate.

We had a clogged kitchen sink and reached out for help - Tyler was fantastic! He arrived promptly, was courteous throughout, and diagnosed the issue right away. He took apart the pipes, snaked the clog, and had everything back up and running in no time. Excellent service - highly recommend!

Asia from Roto-Rooter came to the rescue! We had a pipe freeze and burst. Asia came and was very thorough with finding the leak and busted pipe. Once she found it, she was able to fix it. Thank you so much Asia! You were polite, thorough and professional. Price seemed reasonable for the situation.

I called AZ Plumbing after reading some reviews online, and I am SO glad that I did! My toilet was leaking but I had no idea where the leak was coming from. They sent someone over as soon as possible and he diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was kind, professional, knowledgable, wore a mask, wore shoe coverings, and was patient with my dogs barking up a storm downstairs. Everything except the bowl of my toilet is brand new and it works perfectly! I will definitely be calling them again when I need a plumber!

Needed help with a small job, but one beyond my ability. AZ Plumbing responded promptly to my request and gave me an upfront estimate. They were able to come the same day and in the time window they promised. Took care of the work quickly and did a good job. I would use them again.

My water heater went out and I explored my options to get it replaced. AZ plumbing (Zia) responded immediately, have me a very fair quote and worked late to get me back up and running the same day. They were professional and performed the replacement flawlessly. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with them.

I cannot say enough about AZ Plumbing. I called them to repair my hot water heater. They called back immediately, came out and worked on my hot water heater. Instead of saying it needed replacement right away, he worked hard to repair it and save me money. Unfortunately, it could not be repaired. Their quote for a new hot water was reasonable and once again, they were responsive. I deal with a lot of contractors as a realtor and without a doubt, AZ plumbing is the best. I will be using them in the future for my own needs and for my clients. Thank you!!!
