I recently contacted Super B Springfield Carpet Cleaning for a carpet cleaning quote. Over the phone, I was quoted $79 to clean the entire basement, plus $12 per step for the stairs. However, when the technician arrived, he told me that because the basement was the size of three rooms, the cost would be significantly higher. That was never explained to me during the initial phone quote.

Several spots were not removed from the carpet, and the overall condition did not improve much. In addition, the technician chipped my wall during the service and spilled a large amount of water onto my hardwood floors.

I called to speak with a manager about these issues and was told multiple times that someone would call me back. I have yet to receive a return call.
