Had a great experience with Alliance Appliance Services. Max came out to look at our LG fridge that suddenly stopped cooling properly. From start to finish- communication, diagnosis, and repair-everything was professional, prompt, and fairly priced. Max was knowledgeable, respectful of our space, and got the job done efficiently. Highly recommend!

Max is extremely competent and reliable. When my fridge stopped cooling, he came out the same day I called him and fixed it on the spot for a reasonable price. He also first walked me through on the phone things I could do to diagnose the problem. The next time I had an issue with the fridge, he actually told me what to do to fix it myself!
