Max F. was very professional- from quick responses to great service. I was pleased with not just the email communication but also the text updates to his schedule and arrivals.
What seemed like a basic diagnosis and repair to me turned into multiple visits- this wasn’t a reflection of his work, but more about the make/model not redponding (gotta love tech). He was determined to fix it, when many would just say “it’s done. Get a new unit”.
And he succeeded.
Great company. Highly recommended.

Two days ago, Max repaired my washing machine. Once the washer was fixed, I realized my dryer was not working. So today, Max came back to fix the dryer. And, again, he did a great job. Both machines are working perfectly. I hope none of my other appliances decide to stop working, but if they do, I definitely will be calling Max.

We had Max come out and install our gas stove. He showed up when he said he would. He completed the install in a timely manor. All business but cordial in every way. I would used them again for sure. Also the price was very reasonable.

Timely response to a refrigerator issue, but unable to diagnose the actual bad compressor. First visit 3/28/25, added freon - paid the $189 charge. On 4/2/25, the technician returned and flushed the system and refilled with freon, possibly due to dirty freon line undetected on 3/28, this time charge was $200. 12/23/25, recalled technician to address refrigerator not cooling; more freon added, charge was $189. Called the technician on 12/24/25 as the refrigerator did not cool as expected, was informed that it may be a bad compressor, but the technician did not have the equipment to test for compressor failure. I did not request a re-visit.

Max discovered he had the wrong part on the initial visit. He had to reschedule and order the correct part. He kept me updated throughout the process and returned as promised to repair the oven.

Alliance Appliance Service’s repairman was very knowledgeable about my clothes dryer and fixed it quickly. I was thinking I would have to buy a new dryer however their price to fix it was reasonable. I would use them again if needed. Thank you so much.

My dishwasher technician Alliance was very kind, easy to communicate with, prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient. He didn’t waste any time. He was polite and honest about what was truly wrong with my dishwasher and focused on getting it back to its brand new condition. I really appreciated his integrity; he didn’t try to upsell unnecessary or expensive parts, but instead focused only on what was needed to fully fix the problem. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience! Max arrived within 3 hours of our call. We were convinced we'd need a new fridge, but he went out after assessing and returned within an hour from the parts shop with a new control panel. Our 2008 Maytag is saved. He couldn't have been nicer or more helpful! Highly recommend and we will call them again for all our appliance repairs.

I needed my cooktop replaced and when I called Alliance, Max responded right away and scheduled me within a couple of days. He showed up on time, was pleasant and knowledgeable, and quickly did the replacement. My new cooktop works great and I’ll definitely use Alliance again. Highly recommend!

Max was my technician to fix the fridge which was no longer cooling and he was wonderful to work with. Starting from scheduling to responsiveness to knowing his job, he made our lives easier. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Zack, the technician, was very professional and very skilled. He repaired my refrigerator and my microwave/convection oven. He worked diligently and explained what he was doing to solve my problems. I would not hesitate to use Alliance Appliance again. Excellent service!

My older Maytag washing machine was continually unbalanced during the spin cycle and based on my neighbor’s recommendation, I called Alliance Appliance. Within 24 hours, Zack made a service call. He quickly diagnosed the issue as worn suspension rods, ordered replacement parts, and returned to do the repair. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very pleasant. Communication with the company was excellent and the cost was well below what I expected. I will definitely be calling Alliance Appliance and Zack for future appliance repairs.

Recently during the cold and snow we had both our oven and our washing machine go out in our Alexandria home. We called a few local appliance repair businesses and Max was the only one who answered the phone and he came out to see us same day! He was a lifesaver for our family. He fixed both and helped us to trouleshoot a dishwasher issue as well. If you're looking for a dependable local professional appliance repair team, I can't speak highly enough about Max.

The repair man was very nice and polite. He knew what he was doing and gave us some helpful advice. He fixed my washing machine within 20 mins half hour tops. It’s running great just like new. I would definitely recommend this company to fix appliances. Thank you so much!

We recently worked with Max Faidi/Alliance Appliances. Max is efficient and extremely knowledgeable. He researched the part needed for our stovetop, placed the order and brought it promptly to our home. Previous companies put those expectations on the homeowner or don’t follow thru. Our stovetop is finicky and Max returned to confirm it was working properly. Greatly appreciate his excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

I recently discovered a problem with my General Electric clothes washer. I'd had a good experience with the GE repair service several years ago, but when I tried to schedule service for this repair the earliest appointment was late February which was not an appealing option. I searched NextDoor for some repair recommendations and decided on Alliance Appliance Services. I called and the technician, Max, was friendly and said he could visit the same day. So that right there was great. He came by later and quickly identified the problem, but didn't have the needed part with him. So we scheduled for a return visit the next day. Max said he might be able to return the same day if he finished his next appointment early and it worked out that he was able to return. So within 8 hours of when I called Alliance Appliance Services my washer was repaired. Now if it had taken 24 or even 48 hours to complete the repairs I still would have been satisfied - that's much better than waiting a month. But getting the issue resolved within 8 hours was such a relief and very much appreciated. Oh, and the initial service charge was $50 less than the GE initial service charge, so I was also pleased with the fair, reasonable pricing.

He and his team were professional, courteous, and efficient the morning they arrived. Their pricing was reasonable and the whole job was handled smoothly from start to finish. Also echo other reviews that commented on him being an honest and upfront provider. We will definitely be using Demis Electric Service again in the future for our electrician needs!
