Stan and his guys were incredibly helpful and efficient, and even took their lunch break to help me out sooner than expected. They were very professional, kind, and gave me additional information on how to stay up-to-code and safe. I was also impressed with how tech savvy and quick to respond they were. Definitely recommend.

I was very satisfied with Demis Electric in terms of responsiveness and taking care of our light installation cleanly and easily. Scheduled only a day ago, good communication throughout, arrived when they said they would, completed a quality installation quickly, fair price, and two nice and capable electricians. I'd call them again when we need an electrician.

The Demis Electric team was amazing from start to finish. He provided outstanding work and really appreciate that he was able to help me with: 3 new ceiling fans, new front outdoor GFCI, replacing porch lights and fixing bathroom GFCI outlets. Stan and his team installed a hardwired EV charger and combined/replaced breakers to make space for the 60 amp breaker in the electrical box. They worked very quickly, fishing wire from the garage to the box in the basement. At the end, they screwed the pieces of drywall so that patching would be easy. I highly recommend their services, very conveniently priced and of high quality.

They installed a Ring floodlight on our garage, set up a Level 2 EV charger, added a few outlets, and even corrected some previous bad wiring. Everything was done efficiently and with attention to detail.

He’s also an expert problem solver and took the time to explain options and make sure the installation was done safely and correctly.

Stan at Demis Electric is no-frills and straight to the point. He and his crew are efficient, dedicated, and punctual. They hardwired several rooms in our house, installed lights, chandeliers, and fans. We were very impressed with their overall work and polite crew members. This is the best painting/contracting service I have ever used. Oscar, the owner, is fabulous. He is there to please and does exactly that. He started out painting my house for a very reasonable price and has moved on to other home improvements such as widening a door, building a cabinet, installing appliances, electrical work and other. He can do anything! Best of all, he has the most pleasing personality and is extremely reliable. I can not say enough good things about this company.

We hired this contractor to renovate two bathrooms. While communication was polite and professional, the workmanship and follow-through were deeply disappointing.

Shortly after completion, the shower drain in one bathroom leaked when we first used it. When we contacted him for a resolution, we were given multiple explanations (old grout, existing rough-in issues). However, a licensed plumber later confirmed the drain was never properly connected during the renovation.

Despite multiple requests for him to return and correct the problem, he stated it would be an additional charge because he does not believe he is responsible. Six months later, after spending $15,000 on this bathroom, we still cannot use the shower due to these defects. We expected professional verification of basic plumbing function before the job was considered complete. We hope he will reconsider and make this right.

I definitely recommend using Oscar for any painting jobs you may need done. He provided a prompt response to getting an estimate, reasonable price, and quick service to get the job completed and done very well. He was very professional and did a wonderful job painting the exterior of our home with care. If you need any paint work done you should give him a call.
