Sammy quickly diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher and after getting the part that needed replacing fixed it quickly and even showed me how to clean my dishwasher with vinegar.

Amazing service! Came out the next day, (I called in the afternoon). Texted me he was coming 30 minutes before. Zack was super courteous and professional. Turns out the dryer belt and pulley were broken, he had the parts and fixed it fast. Thoroughly cleaned the dryer insides and the laundry room. Zack was great! Highly recommend.

Terrible service came out to fix a problem charged me for a fix that didn’t fix my issue they only have a 2 day work warranty so If that doesn’t tell you to stay away I don’t know what will. Called them after they completed the work they told me I’d have to pay another diagnostic fee and pay for the fix again.

I’ve had Sam come to fix Appliances multiple times for dishwashers, washing machines, refridgerator, and even the steam machine for our bathroom. He’s been EXCELLENT!!! (Very nice, patient, and knowledgable) I highly recommend him. We use him all the time!!!

Total fraud company! Amateur at best came and disconnected my vent which had just been cleaned thoroughly and stated that the vent is probably clogged
They came to my home and gave no diagnostic just ideas then took the model number and said they would come back with quote for repairs and never followed up they just went by what I said was reading on the screen which was inconsistent
They charged me under appliances LLC) so not even sure what actual name of company is)and that is not the name on google and were requesting cash
Beware of scammers!!! Called to inform them and they said they would get back to me….

Was able to have a tech out within 4hrs of my call. The technician updated me about his arrival and quickly determined the issue. He gave me an honest assessment of the condition of my washing machine.

The technician, Sami, was wonderful. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He kept me informed regarding his arrival time. He explained what part needed to be repaired and what the total cost would be, so there were no surprises. Our dryer was up and working within a half hour!

They offered a same day appointment, showed up on time and technician was very familiar with the brand of appliance. Sammy was thorough in his repair and reinstall of my stackable washer/dryer.
