My Bosch washer is at least 10 years old. It stank the last time I used it so I used a cleaning tablet then examined the gasket. It was disgustingly moldy. My neighbor recommended these folks highly (for which I am grateful as many repair folks won’t do Bosch). I will definitely use them again!

This company claims to not have any tools to do jobs. He asked for money to buy a drill in order to come to a job. I would stay away

Excellent service. Very reliable. I first thought I had to replace the entire stack, washer and dryer. But they were able to repair both. And I saved $1400.

Do not recommend! I tried using them for a repair on my rental, a tech went out I got no updates..had to call back in myself to get answers while my tenants waited, just for them to tell me two weeks later it needed to be replaced. Some of the worst communication from a contractor yet :(

Horrible experience. I had a Dishwasher & a Dryer go out on me in the same week, so I call these guys. Guy comes over that week, looks at both and says he needs to order some parts for $200 & $250, which is fine. 2 weeks go by and the parts come in. They try to repair the dishwasher and it still doesn't work, so they didn't charge me for the part, which is also fine I just bought a new one and installed it myself. They put the new part in for the Dryer and it works then without a load. We go to put a load in it to dry and it doesn't finish the load, no longer heats up at all. They come back after 3 weeks and say they need to order ANOTHER $200 part. Another 3 weeks go by and I never get a call from them that the part's there, I call them, they say "Oh my technician never called you?" So they come, replace the part, and AGIAN it works for 10 minutes, AND AGAIN dies when it tries to dry a load. At this point it's been 2 months and still no working dryer. I tell them it's still not working and they say they can no longer work on the dryer, they don't know how to fix it. So I ask for a refund because they still haven't fixed anything. They say they can only refund the last part because the first part did fix it for a little, and that they've already spent so much time and money on the parts to replace it. I'm FURIOUS, all they did is waste my time and money, charging me +$300 and me having 2.5 months of dry cleaning. Terrible company.

Not the first time I've used them for repairs and won't be the last. The technician is excellent with a vast knowledge of all things appliance related, and is also honest enough to provide an opinion that it might be better to replace an item rather than repair.
