They left drywall dust on all of the countertops. I brought them in specifically to clean before I move in. Guess to get a job done right you just have to do it yourself.

After using Molly Maid of Western Fairfax for the better part of a decade, I have to come to let potential clients know NOT to use this company. The cleaning crews are often careless and they broke or damaged many small items in my house over the years (picture frames, pulls on drawers, bathtub knob, bottoms of walls and furniture). We never asked for them to repair the items. However, last month they broke a $250 collectible, and didn't tell us. When we called the next day to report the breakage (and send photos), they refused to take responsibility, stopped returning our calls, and told us they had dropped our house key in the mail. If you choose this company because you think they are licensed and insured and thus you are protected - think again. They will not take responsibility because they know most people will not bother suing them for small items. The corporate office apologized to us, but said this is a franchise and they cannot force them to act responsibly. If you care about your belongings, look elsewhere.

Applied online for a free estimate - expected an email and maybe a phone message. Didn’t expect to be immediately called FIVE different times in under an hours time with NO voicemail until after I blocked the number. Then they even called me again the next day on a different number before finally sending an email. You shouldn’t be harassing potential customers.

Arrived on time, went right t9 work. All areas of my home were cleaned as I expected

I was impressed that the ladies began work immediately. They didn't waste time talking to each other. The house was very clean and in order in a reasonable time frame. I've decided to have them clean my house on a regular basis.

Used for move-in clean. Terrible cleaning quality. Had them come back a second time for the kitchen and still find crumbs in the cabinets. Disgusting. Don't skimp out on cleaning services if you plan on paying for it. Never using them again. Yuck.

They were prompt, service was good, and customer service was excellent.
It was just too expensive. I appreciate they called me to tell me they needed more time to which I had to say yes because they were already there and I didn’t want a job half done and it was a move out cleaning (was putting my condo on the market on that same day).
It was an empty one bedroom and between two ladies it took them almost 2 hrs, which is fine but they do charge you per hour so it ended uo being too expensive.
