We used Molly Maid for a move-out clean. They were on time and did a fantastic job. Thankful to have one less stress during a big move. Highly recommend!

My wife and I have been in the area for 18 years. We have gone through a number of cleaning services (over 7) and between theft, unsatisfaction, and carelessness, we were pretty much done with cleaning services in the area. When we found Molly Maid and we have never been happier. Going on 4 years now, they have been flexible in their scheduling, very courteous, efficient, and extremely thorough. Absolutely no complaints. Only praises for their efforts and customer service. Thanks again to the entire staff, but in particular the ladies that do the hard work. Much appreciated!!!

In preparation to selling our house we hired Molly Maids to clean the house. They did an excellent job. They were prompt, professional, quick and very thorough in all their cleaning tasks. The two maids that did excellent work for us were Glenda and Karen.

The cleaning is thorough and consistent every time. The cleaners are always prompt and careful with everything in my house. It's such a relief to have the cleaning taken care of for me. My guests always notice and compliment me on how my house looks after the Molly Maids has come. Thank you!

Molly Maid is a fantastic company. The people in the management team (Charlotte, Eric and Angelina) are professional, courteous and flexible. Our cleaning team (Sheila and Yasinia) have been servicing us for several years, and they do an absolutely amazing job with our home. They feel like family, and genuinely care about us and our house. I have been a Molly Maid customer for quite some time, at one point, leaving, but ultimately returning. The in-home providers do an excellent job and it is quite nice to come home to that just-cleaned look and feel. Just as important, however, is the back-office help. The support provided by office staff, answering questions, notification of changes, resolving issues, is also outstanding. I would gladly recommend Molly Maid of Northwestern Fairfax.

We have used Molly Maid of Northwestern Fairfax for over a decade. They provide good, consistent service and are flexible about rescheduling. The price increases are small and only happen every few years. The maids are polite and professional. Many of the maids speak Spanish to each other, and I do not speak Spanish, but there is always at least one bilingual person in the group, and everyone who answers the phone at the office speaks English very well, so we have never had any problems communicating. I would recommend their service.

I've been using Molly Maid for the past two years after using them when I lived in another state. Like the first time around, they are wonderful! They have been the best addition to my very busy schedule. I love coming home on cleaning days - my apartment is immaculate and the teams consistently do a thorough job. Highly recommend Molly Maid!

First time using a cleaning service for a move out and I'm really glad I went with Molly Maid. Price was really great and the staff were very helpful.

They estimated my 750 sq. foot apartment would take roughly an hour but ended up being two which was totally fine since the price was so fair (and we had let our apartment go a little since we knew we were moving ;))

They did an AMAZING job. I'm almost certain my apartment was cleaner at move out than it was at move in. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be using them again in the future (not just for move out cleaning!)

I feel like they pay attention to all the details and make an extra effort to put their touch on everything. When I come back home from work, I instantly feel at ease seeing the wonderful job that Gelma and Ana do. I couldn't recommend this company more.

We are always pleased and I wish I could have them come more often. They listen to what you need and do just that!

Molly Maid serviced our home wonderfully. They were prompt, kind and respectful. They cleaned our home from top to bottom and every inch in between and we didn't even get the added on services! I can't imagine how much more they could have done to our home to make it more clean. It was spotless when I returned home. Highly recommend.

Been using Molly Maids for 3 years now, never had a complaint. Flexible and adaptable to meet changing schedules, superior cleaning quality, friendly and efficient cleaners. Would give 6 stars if that was an option.

Super easy to book. The only reason for the 4 stars is, if I hadn’t gone back to check on the cleaning the floors wouldn’t have been cleaned properly. There were some odd stains on the floor that had to be addressed, but once it was they went back and thoroughly cleaned it. Other than that, they were thorough.

We have been extremely pleased with our Molly Maid services during the past year. We have complete confidence and trust in the crew (Yesenia and Dunia). They are prompt, professional and pleasant, and extremely thorough in their cleaning. Every crew we have had with Molly Maid has been top caliber.
