Jose and his crew have been handling regular maintenance on our lawn for the past 4 years and we could not be happier. Our lawn looks great and he’s always fast to respond whenever I have any questions or concerns about the lawn.

I recently came across a review of BLS Pro that was negative, about spamming a community group on Facebook. The reviewer left a 1 star review because Jose posted twice in one day. Rather than reach out to him, this person chose to seek out the BLS page, and discredit this small business over a Facebook ad, having nothing to do with the quality of work from the BLS team. (confirmed by the reviewer on the community page on question). I have used BLS Pro for years, and can attest to their excellent work, and professionalism. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

For the last 3 years we have depended on Bernales to keep our lawn mowed. They were punctual, do a spectacular job, and keep the HOA off our backs. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs lawn care.

We’ve used BERNALES for yard clean up and mulching for the last 3 years. Their prices are reasonable, the owner is always very responsive and his guys do a great job. Highly recommend!

Called this company found on Google. Honestly with little hope after this storm. But the next day around 8 am 2 guys showed up and left my parking slot and entry way so clean and salted. We are adults and had some health issues that wouldn't let us shovel in that cold. I will call then again without a doubt.

I was introduced to Coleo and and Peter by a neighbor. Lauren Berk responded to my initial call. Lauren was professional and very knowledgeable. Most importantly, she understood what I was looking for in my landscape. The crew over performed the day of the job! They ended up mulching the whole backyard because they wanted to leave the space looking perfect! I highly recommend this company!

The entire project team was great. The Project Manager assigned really kept us updated as they made progress on our Deck and Patio! The design that they came up with for the entire backyard is perfect! The customization detail really matched the Deck/Patio to the Georgian style of our home!

I bought a house in DC with a pool that needed a real face list. After doing some research, I hired Joe Colao of Colao & Peter to guide me through the process. I can honestly say the pool looks and feels completely new and that I am thankful for his recommendations and the work done by his team. Not only can I highly recommend them but would gladly hire them again.

In one of the rainiest summers on record, Colao & Peter was able to deliver our fabulous pool and spa, large patio, and pavilion with attached chimney and fireplace, just as we had dreamed! They are very professional and attend to every detail. Even when there were a few minor supply issues, unrelated to their company, they dealt with it quickly and professionally. They keep winning awards as well! My wife and I highly recommend them.

In 2017 we were hired by a client from VA to design a very unique outdoor living space. Upon completion of the design, we stayed on as consultants from Florida, and the client hired Colao & Peter as a local builder in VA to bring their project to life. Even with hundreds of miles between us, Colao & Peters outstanding team made communication effortless, they met all their deadlines, and they completely implemented the clients vision perfectly!

This review is atypical in that we ended up not proceeding with the project due to unanticipated circumstances beyond our control, but we worked with C&P through the design phase and they (JR, Lauren, Besim) were attentive, responsive, and wonderful. Besim would have been our project manager and thoughtfully entertained our multiple design pivots and worked to accommodate our many preferences and requests. Their work is beautiful (see their Instagram page) and I'm disappointed we weren't able to see a completed project ... at least for the moment.

We hired Colao and Peter to build a residential pool in a tight backyard space. We had spoken with several other builders, including national chains. We decided to use Colao and Peter because of their thoughtful and personalized pool and landscape design. Their team is focused on the details and have the experience and expertise to execute it in impressive ways. Their landscape design was beautiful, the masonry work was excellent, and the pool superb. We love the finished work and are constantly receiving compliments on the work. They have transformed a rarely used backyard space in the hot and humid summer into a wonderful outdoor extension of our home.
