Colao & Peter just finish installing my new pool deck and koi pond. They did really amazing work. Ever detail, no matter how trivial, was addressed. When we did our walk-through with them, they found a few small items that I didn't even notice. Very conscience.
Original review: I've used several high-end lawn and landscape companies in the past, but Colao & Peter are in a completely different league. Their work is so far beyond what I have experienced in the past, it is no wonder I couldn't find anything less than five star ratings during my search for a new company. To say their work is outstanding doesn't do the company justice.

We had a fantastic experience with Colao & Peter! They do gorgeous work and we couldn't be happier. We were so impressed with their attention to detail, creativity, innovative solutions to challenges presented by our small yard, and their commitment to making sure we were happy throughout the process. They are exceptionally good at project management and communication, which can be huge problems with home improvement projects. The entire team was great to work with; I would recommend Colao & Peter without hesitation.

We can't say enough about the C&P team. This was a daunting project for us despite having taken on numerous other large interior design projects. The C&P team were eternally patient and ultimately, their taste, vision and cooperative approach culminated in an absolutely gorgeous end product. Our deck, pool/spa and landscaping are gorgeous. More importantly, I genuinely feel like I could call any member of the C&P team with a concern or question about our project and they would offer me guidance and support. We are grateful and enjoying our space immensely.

Our yard has never looked better. They quickly identified issues with our boxwoods and treated them effectively, recommended thoughtful changes to our layout—moving some of our landscaping from the front to the back, to give our evergreens and hydrangeas the space they needed to thrive, and even treated a grass fungus we hadn’t been able to get rid of this year.

Every recommendation they made was spot on, and the results speak for themselves. The transformation has been incredible. There’s no request too big or too small, they approach every task with the same care and commitment to excellence.

Incredible! This is how we would describe our experience with Calao & Peter. They listened to our ideas and were able to design and build the backyard of our dreams. The attention to detail and perfectionism in each piece of the project was evident. We had constant communication with our design team. From the first call with Lauren to the first design meeting with the team. Dave created a beautiful design. Joe’s unique vision helped us see develop the “Resort Feel” we wanted. Just wanted to pass along my highest endorsement for the work Colao and Peter did on our latest project, a residential pool and spa. As with the other major projects we have a done with C&P in the past, they overdelivered in terms of their professionalism, performance, and customer-focused ethos. Every member of their staff, from the owner J.R. Peter to the skilled on-site technicians (particularly Antonio), were absolutely superb throughout the build process. The day-to-day supervisor, Dusty and the Landscape Designer Zac were exceptional in keeping us informed and making sure the smallest details were not missed. From the very first meeting, it was clear they were operating at a different level than the other firms we interviewed. JR, Zac, Bill, and the entire team were incredible to work with. Price reasonable and removed a dead tree in my back yard as agreed in the contract.

We have used this company to cut and remove several trees. Highly recommend!

I am actually speechless. Everything was really great. They responded quickly and did the work well. The staff were honest and friendly. The price was much better in this area. Definitely use their services again!!

Had Tarzan came over and remove a large tree limb that snapped and was leaning on the roof. They also cleared back some other branches that were at risk of falling. The crew did a great job for a great price. I'll call them again for any other tree related jobs.

I received a notice from my HOA to remove a tree stump. Contacted the company and they scheduled the service. I am very happy with their tree removal service. Very reasonable rate as well. Very easy to deal with. Highly recommend!

Hired Tarzan to drop several trees at my house and trim a sycamore at my in-law’s house. The team was excellent and professional. Their price was very reasonable. They even went over to my neighbor’s house to clean debris. Also, like to mention communication with front desk, Jacklyn, was great.

I hired this company for a tree removal job, very satisfied with the quality of the the job. Jacklyn, was very professional in following up and communicating the progress of the job. The tree was close to a fence and very near to the building, the pros did a great job taking down the tree very carefully.

K&O landscape is head on, i highly recommend, Kelvin is extremely hard working taking on multiple tasks at once. Let alone the workers do an incredible job to make sure the client is satisfied with the job. Most of all this company is responsible and accountable with any job needed. Kelvin finished extensive grading, restoring the irrigation system, providing edging for hard-to-contain beds, repairing the fence, installing bamboo shield, and building two large raised containers to accommodate easy vegetable gardening. He did some other clever things like providing a hidden access to water from the deck. He was very mindful of thinking about long term solutions. I really appreciate his character, his diligence and professionalism. I have hired him for continued maintenance of my yard.

Excellent, responsible service. High quality work. K & O installed our irrigation system, a difficult project that involved care planning and execution. We are very pleased with the results.
