I've worked with several arborists in the past and Riverbend is the best by far. The job was done quickly, safely, and professionally. The price was very reasonable.
Irving and his crew took care in making sure the job was done right and that I was happy. There was no property damage and the yard was meticulously cleaned up after the trees were cut. There was a particularly challenging pair of trees threatening my wood fence. These trees were very close to my garden, Irving and his crew managed to take out the trees without affecting my fence or garden.
When Herson came for the estimate he was informative, honest, patient, and helpful. He gave me recommendations that reduced costs and will prolong the life of my dogwoods. From here on out, Riverbend is my arborist. Thanks for a job well done. You exceeded all expectations.

Marcel was super knowledgeable and professional! Pricing was very fair and the work was done safely and in a timely manner. Cleanup was great! Was sad to see the weeping cherry tree go but needed to make way for the deck. We will call Marcel for all our tree needs and we always recommend him to others.

A very well trained and efficient crew showed up to trim two mature oak trees. They quickly pruned out the dead limbs. I had asked the arborist who made the first visit if I could have the larger branches for use in our wood burning stove. That was agreed to. The crew went beyond my expectations and trimmed the branches and helped stack the wood. I was amazed at how much dead wood was pruned out. The crew cleaned up afterwards and were on their way to the next job.

A large pine tree in our yard was toppled by high winds. An ISA certified arborist at Riverbend Landscapes came out promptly and provided an estimate for removing the tree and identified some other pines that should be removed due to infestation or girdling. The cost was reasonable and the work was performed professionally and efficiently. We were very pleased with the work and the overall experience.

Brian and his team did an incredible job removing some large, dead trees that we wanted removed before winter weather comes and prevent them falling on the house. The largest tree was very close to the house, our fence, a main road, and power lines - definitely adding some complexity to removal. Brian did a great job coordinating with the power company ahead of time so the job could be done safely and minimize interruptions. Brian was very knowledgeable about all the trees on our property and what was healthy and could stay versus what should be removed to avoid possible damage to our home. Very reasonably priced and quick service - we couldn’t believe how fast they worked and everything looks fantastic! They were very respectful of our fence, property, and front of the house that could have been easily damaged if they weren’t so skillful. Except for the trees missing, you wouldn’t know they were ever there! We will definitely be sticking with Riverbend if more tree/landscape needs come up in the future.

RIVERBEND did an exceptional job at trimming back our huge Pin Oak. It was a very dangerous job but the team knew what they were doing. I appreciated the fact that all the men wore protective safety gear. They went out of there way to make sure I was satisfied with all of their work. They were on time, fast, and cleaned up every limb that came down. The arborist that I met with first was very knowledgeable and assessed all of the many large trees in the back of our lot. He was straight forward and did not try to up sale. I am extremely pleased and they are now my go to landscaping company.

Marcel was my sales guy that came out to look at some trees that needed to be removed from my property. He made the process very easy and straight forward. The main tree that needed to be taken down was hanging right over my front porch. Branches had been falling onto my roof and damaging shingles. During the quote Marcel quickly pointed out that the tree was in worse shape than I thought. I’m honestly lucky to have had these trees removed when I did.

The crew showed up exactly when they said they would. They were efficient and professional the whole time. The quote they gave was accurate and there were no extra fee’s added after the work was done.

I’m really thankful for how quick and easy the whole process was from start to finish.

I am very OCD when it comes to my yard and they handled everything with care. They perfectly edged around my bushes and flower beds (which I am so particular with). They went above and beyond when cleaning up (basically no footsteps left behind).

Riverbend Landscapes & Tree Service was unlike any of the other tree people - they listened to what we wanted to prioritize (safety and preservation when that could be done safely). We saw this happen consistently across the initial call, quoting process, adjustment to the plan when the utility company's timeline was uncontrollably long, and in the final clean up.

We feel lucky to live at a home with mature trees, but we could tell by the dropping of limbs that they were not all in prime health. Unlike other tree people that immediately jump to quoting you on tree removal as the first step for everything, the first step with this company was to have an arborist come out and look at literally every tree in our yard so that we could determine which trees were actually risky & needed to be removed (it was a huge one!), which trees were risky & needed some more help to get healthy, and which trees just needed some more help from us as homeowners. I recently had my trees trimmed by this company, and the work was absolutely exceptional. The crew did an outstanding job, safe, efficient, and left everything cleaner than when they arrived.

A special thanks to Marcel Girard, the salesman who came out for the estimate. He was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Marcel pointed out several limbs that I hadn’t even noticed, including some that could have become a hazard to my home.

Riverbend removed a very large tree for us. A crane was required to remove it safely. The crew put protective boards down to protect the driveway. None of the surrounding trees were damaged in the process. The yard was left emaculately clean. Very professional crew. Reasonable priced considering the effort needed to remove it, and the size of the crew. Would definitely use them again.

I chose Riverbend to cleanup & refresh my property as they did a great rock erosion project in my neighborhood cluster. My Project Manager Brad has been awesome to work with; he’s responsive, listens and has great landscaping ideas. Even though my garden project is not a large job, Brad still is engaged in making my property look clean, well-maintained and balanced. I like that we walk my property and think tank ideas. The crew is polite, hardworking and reliable, arriving early before the job start time.

We have a set of large, aging trees which needed a great deal of careful trimming. Riverbend's team worked quickly and carefully removing a significant amount of dead wood from the trees. While they were working, our lawn care contractor arrived. The two companies worked around each other so smoothly it almost looked like a dance. Once Riverbend completed their work,our trees looked clean and beautiful. We have used Riverbend for a number of years and expect to do so for years to come. We recommend them highly.

We had a great experience with Riverbend. Marcel came out very quickly to assess a tree that was looking sick on our property and looked at our other large trees. Ultimately he determined the sick tree needed to be removed. They got us the quote within hours and it was very reasonable so we signed the contract on the spot. On the day of removal the crew arrived on time, was very friendly and communicative. Overall they made this a very easy process from start to finish!

I have been using Riverbend for my tree work for years. Marcel and his crew are the best.
Recently, a tree started leaning heavily towards my house due to the recent storm, and Marcel came out immediately for an estimate. When it fell into my pool area overnight, Marcel made my job a priority and scheduled removal for the next morning. His guys ultimately removed 4 dead pines quickly and efficiently. Clean up was excellent. They are worth it if you want quality work.
