Riverbend just completed a large job for my wife and me, and they were excellent. Very carefully and skillfully they completed all taskes we contracted and then cleaned up all traces of their presence and work so that you couldn't even tell they were there. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys for work you may have. Eric G., the salesman we had, was very informative and able to address all our issues, and then the work crew came in and did their thing to our pleasure. Again we HIGHLY recommend these guys!

Riverbend’s team did an amazing job of ice and snow removal at my house- not just a plow but tremendous attention to detail cleaning nooks and crannies along the front of the house, steps and driveway and along the road. Not only concrete surface but delicate stone that was handled with care. I highly recommend Riverbend Landcsapes and Tree! Great people, great product.

Riverbend took out serval pines and they did it very professionally and Marcel was fantastic with communication and his knowledge and knowing how to remove the trees with doing very minimal damage to my existing landscaping and lawn! If you need tree work done Marcel is the man you need to call!

I’ve unexpectedly used Riverbend twice this year for trees that fell on my house. Both times, they responded immediately. The most recent tree fell at 4 pm on a Friday and caused a major loss on the house during a windstorm. Although it was the end of the day and Riverbend was closing, they got their crew back out to my house by 7 pm to begin the tree removal and put on a temporary tarp to prevent further water damage over the weekend.

I was amazed how little additional damage (if any) occurred to my house during the tree removal process. This is obviously one of the more complex jobs and Riverbend was quick and precise to prevent additional house damage.

Thank you Brad and the crew for helping me out during these events! I look forward to using Riverbend again in the future (for preventative tree maintenance next time lol)!

I signed a contract on the spot because of great reviews. Contract included cutting back silver maple in backyard, trim sycamore leaves from my neighbor's branches hanging over my yard. Not on the contract, but we verbally agrred about removing a tree root in front yard along property line, 4"x about 18 inches long. After being a homeowner for 50 years I should have known better not to sign a contract unless everything was formally written down, but I'm old fashioned, I believed discussion of that job plus a handshake is your word. The first thing I showed the estimator was a 5"x14 inch root that my husband and I were too old to remove ourselves. I was told the crew would take care of it. The crew that came said they didn't have the tools with them. I called the office twice as I had pulled out one dead tree and one tree not in great shape out of the ground and dug around the root to expose it to send pictures and make work easier. Called the office twice to ask when it could be done. Contract signed July 21st, work was done a month later, Never came back to take care of the root, I now have two dead trees sitting in my front yard two months since signing the contract. While they honored my request to not do work on first day of school, I had been waiting and waiting to get a date and finally called on a Monday, to find out when I would be scheduled for actual work. I had to pull the information from the receptionist to find out that we were scheduled for that Friday. It felt sneaky as if they would fit us in whenever it worked for the company, despite the fact that I signed a contract the month before and we had no rain that might have caused a delay. Our time is valuable, too.
Excellent job cutting back the silver maple to my specifications, large truck that went across open space to get to our tree and I assume they got permission to drive the truck in that space. Crew did a pretty good job cleaning up debris though I had to rake the back of my yard and my neighbor's yard and open space to remove chunks if tree chips and debris. Also, the crew put some tree debris at the back of Open Space. That should never happen- its regulation in every HOA guidelines, no dumping in open space. See photos of what I raked, 3 bags are tree debris. The crew removed eight solar lights from my garden as this was an area they were heavily working on, so I understand. The problem was they did not pull out the stakes that went with the lights and I had no idea where those stakes were located. It cost me $53 to order new lights.
I called the office twice to find out when a crew or person would come back to grind out the root. Dead evergreens are sitting on our property line in the meantime. We have had no rain causing delays, it is Sept 14th, those trees are an embarrassing eyesore. I give up on this company. Give dates a week in advance, if you don't want to do a job have the honesty to say so. Moving on. Will not use this company again. Office staff were very nice, I gave each crew member $40 dollars and water when they finished.
Update: I contacted another tree company about removing the root. So easy to schedule with an exact day and an exact time just four days later. I am sure I will have an exact date when that work and additional work is schedule within a reasonable time frame that I can actually put on my calendar. It will be over three months from first contacting Riverbend before I will be able to replace the dead trees sitting in my front yard. Not acceptable.

Riverbend just completed a huge job for us, and they were excellent. Very carefully and skillfully they took down a 110 ft tree (50” diameter) that was 10 feet from our house. They removed several dead trees and pruned several others that were hanging over the house. And they cleaned up beautifully afterwards. Highly recommend them!

Riverbend did an excellent job removing a large dead tree from our backyard. The team was courteous, efficient, and took great care to minimize any damage to our yard. Marcel was responsive and professional, and the crew arrived right on schedule. I highly recommend Riverbend for any future tree work!

This is the second job I’ve had Riverbend complete. They did a great job dead-wooding both trees a few years ago, so I hired them again for a large white oak removal (over 50” across) and additional pruning. Francisco was awesome — great communication, very accommodating with my special requests, and one heck of a climber. The work was done safely, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. Highly recommend Riverbend.

Awesome job with rough carpentry/finish carpentry/painting/carpet project. Andres is an unbelievable handyman. I felt like I received a master carpenter job at a value price.

Andres did an excellent job in our basement. This guy does fantastic work. He was always there on time, and stuck to the original estimate even though I needed him to come back for an extra day due to another contractor making a mistake.

He came every day he was scheduled and cleaned up at the end each day.

His craftsmanship was awesome. Very impressed.

This is simply the most professional and best quality landscaper in the whole area! I have had many experiences with other landscaping companies, but this one is great! I had asked them to do my mulching on a new patio that they had made in just 2 days! They came in always on time and worked with professionalism and high efficiency, and at a great price no less! Highly recommend!

I live in a community Complete Landscaping services and I must say the lawn and landscaping is always perfect.

Complete Landscaping keeps our property looking beautiful. Nilson is friendly and helpful and always responds to our needs quickly and efficiently!

Inefficient and a major source of both air and noise pollution due to their use of gas-powered leaf blowers.

As a follow-up to the owner's response, it would be simpler, cheaper, and less damaging for crews to use a non-polluting human-powered device: a broom. Beyond the damage and annoyance for neighbors, the crew members themselves would benefit most of all. In literally half the time that multi-member crews are using their combustion engine leaf blowers, the same crews could use brooms to clear grass clippings and leaves without needlessly creating air pollution and noise pollution.

I have been using Complete for landcaping services for over 10 years. Kevin Kelly my account manager always is available to answer any questions and always ensure that any issues I have are scheduled and addressed promptly. I have used other companies before and they by far are one of the best!

We use them on several of our high profile commercial properties. We tend to be a very picky client and want things done quickly and done well. We have had mostly very good results and when things haven't been exactly right, they've been corrected in a timely manner. Everyone has been good to work with in the company and we have used them for over ten years on multiple projects. Very competent company. They have gone out of their way to do things properly and often in a stressful time frame. We've been quite happy with them.

I have been working with this team at my Commercial Property for about 3 years and over the years the service has exceeded my expectations. We have monthly service with them but recently we had enhancements made to our property and the work has been outstanding. Curb appeal matters :-)

The one star review is for services charged that were not provided per the contract. Being charged for pruning every month and no pruning being done. Being charged for mowing and no mowing being done. I have security camera videos on the day not days they came and did work and spent no more than 50 minutes to an hour but being charged for two hours.

Finally cancelled the service because hate being defrauded by billing for work not done. Glad I cancelled when they did actually mow, prune and weed for 1 hour 38 minutes so I was not paying for another service not rendered, close enough to two hours.

Check your cameras to see if the work is being done or install some. Was charged close to $1000 every month. Yards in bad shape would take years to grow back but not pruning for months but charging for pruning every month is dishonest. What was over seeding for then? No grass will grow until two years later?

GPS verification of the trucks only show where the truck is parked not where work is being done. Trucks parked in front but work done down the street, not at my address.

And if they did prune the front ivy where the front lamp is then they would have seen the brick wall surrounding the lamp which is covered still by the ivy.

Also to add, ivy was not taken down from the wall as promised under the initial clean-up which cost $4150.
