O'Grady's installed a flagstone walkway to our house recently. We hired them because we wanted a really polished look to the walkway and have seen their work around the neighborhood. They did not disappoint. They took their time and worked with us to make sure that they had the shape and width to our satisfaction. Then their crew showed up and was efficient and professional. The result - a really lovely walkway that elevates the look of our house. A neighbor drove by and stopped and told us "I didn't realize that you all ever needed a walkway, but boy that looks amazing." We will be using O'Grady again for our backyard hard and landscaping next Spring/Summer.

AMAZING! We had standing water behind out town home and dirt! We wanted pavers and gravel and get rid of the standing water. Alex, landscape designer was amazing! She was extremely helpful in figuring out a solution to the water and design every step of the way. The crew that came out and did the work did an EXCELLENT JOB!!!!! I wish we had more property so they could do even more work!! =) highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!

Worked with an employee to design a patio within our budget and sent them a deposit as requested over 3 months ago. It took me contacting the sales rep Multiple times to finally get the truth…the product we had paid for is not even being made right now. Good thing the sales rep was proactive and informed me (maybe I would have gone with something else). Well not now! I asked for my money back almost 2 weeks ago and still haven’t seen that either. DO NO USE THIS COMPANY! There are so many landscaping companies out there that are no doubt better than these unresponsive people.

You should not trust titles such as Best of Loudoun... I made a costly mistake selecting Sunrise Landscape because of it. I should have picked one based on customer reviews. I hired them to reshape my front yard and plant flowers. The hardscaping work, although more expensive than market price, was fine. But the perennials they ordered and planted either did not give flowers or died next season. The plants were supposed to be easy going types, like day lilies, phlox, verbena, daisies etc. Nothing fancy. Yet they did not survive. You hire a professional landscaper to get assured that your garden lives. Sadly, this is not the case. Also, they never came back once to check their work. I was overcharged by at least a thousand for the material that only worth a couple of hundred dollars. I would not be surprised if this company goes out of business in near future.

Alexandra did a beautiful job on our landscape design, installation, and patio. She is very professional and a joy to work with. We have used Sunrise several times, including installing a water feature and upgrading outdoor lighting. Most recently they put in new evergreen plants and plants covered with flowers that we need to attract the humming birds. Sunrise also replaced a dead dogwood with something that doesn't mind getting its feet wet. Their crews are always very courteous and professionsal.

Sunrise Landscape and Design crews have done a first rage job of installation of quality plant materials and paving in our front garden redesign and in our rear deck reconfiguration and brick patio. They have been retained to fertilize, maintain, and keep pruned these areas with spring and fall visits. Both new and older trees and shrubs have been expertly shaped and pruned with excellent results. That give five star satisfaction!

My wife and I have used Sunrise Landscape & Design since 1998 for both grounds maintenance and a variety of projects at four different residences and have never even thought about contacting a different firm. Sunrise has handled everything from turf repair to plant installation to redesigning the entire softscape to hardscape projects such as walkways and patios and pergolas to exterior lighting. The employees are professional, well trained and meticulous. The neighbors like to introduce our family as “the one with the really nice yard”. The fact that neighbors ultimately end up contacting Sunrise Landscape & Design to discuss their own projects speaks to the high quality and attractive results.

After a few years of ignoring our lawn when we moved into our new house, we finally hired Sunrise to care for our front and side lawn at the end unit of a row of townhouses, and we have been very impressed. We used a seasonal package in which Sunrise cared for the lawn in a variety of ways, seeding, mowing, mosquito and grub control among them and our lawn has really flourished. Patches that previously hadn't grown grass have now filled out fully, weeds are gone, and the best part- no grubs! The technicians who come have done a great job, especially taking care to clear out and then put back into place our lawn signs and Halloween decorations when I forgot that they would be in the way. They have been very thoughtful about making sure the yard is in great shape! We will definitely plan on using them next season!

Jesse and Sunrise did a great job with our landscaping project. He was very professional, kept us in the loop every step of the way, and the end product looks fantastic. We'd definitely use them for any future landscaping projects (and hope you would too)!

Sunrise did an amazing job designing and building a patio under my deck. Before Sunrise my walkout basement went straight into a mud pit and was unusable. Sunrise solved the drainage issues and built a beautiful patio leading out into the yard. We were now able to entertain above deck and below without worrying about the mess! I highly recommend Sunrise for the great work they did!
