We started using You’ve Got Maids last month. I held out from using anyone because I like my house to look really clean and didn’t think cleaning crews would do that. Well, this one does that -and more. They are always on time, clean thoroughly, snd leave my house looking spotless and smelling fresh! I highly reommend this company!

Natasha and her team have been providing exceptional and very attentive cleaning service to our home for the past four years. When there are problems or areas that need additional attention, Natasha and her team do not hesitate to come back and fix or correct or ensure spot cleaning is, given to ensure our home is smelling, fresh and very clean. We have been very pleased with their service.

We've been using You've got maids for a about 6 months and have had a wonderful experience. The initial home work through was quick and pricing was confirmed. Each team that comes to perform the cleaning is polite and respectful to property. Usually there is consistency with the team coming into the home, which makes a comfortable feeling and they always know what to tackle. Instead of charging on an hourly basis it's an agreed upon price, which is nice that there is no lounging around to prolong time. Every cleaning is detailed and to or over my satisfaction! I highly recommend using their services, it's a blessing to let go some of the housework.

After working all week, we just didn't want to spend all weekend on chores, and cleaning. Some cleaning was getting neglected. So we hired this service come every two weeks to clean those things we were neglecting. Such selective cleaning included a little learning curve as the various employees had to be familiarized with what we wanted.

I happen to find this company on google as I was in charge of finding a new company. Out of all the companies this one had the best offer, not only that the ladies are super nice and efficient with their cleaning. They are worth every penny! The owner Natasha is the best! She always calls me instead of email when I have a small concern and takes care of it immediately. The last cleaning company we had really showed us they were just in it for the money for a terrible service where as You've Got Maids actually cared about the cleaning first and the quality and time they gave us.

The owner does an amazing job keeping the communication line open before during and even after cleaning services. If something doesn't go right, Natasha addresses issues immediately. We have been customers for about a year and a half now, biweekly cleanings with occasional deep-cleaning a few times a year.
In that time, You’ve Got Maids has been nothing less than excellent to work with and we appreciate it very much. The owner is engaged and caring for both her customers and employees. YGM is easy to communicate with and responsive if changes are needed or we want to add services occasionally. I work too much like many people and look so forward to cleaning day, it is SO helpful and I never thought in a million years I’d be one to hire cleaning out. Worth every penny!

My wife and I just had a child and we were searching for a cleaning service to help us get the house in order. We were interested in regularly scheduled cleaning, but first wanted a more deep clean type service to start us off with. I contacted You've Got Maids and they came for an estimate. It was odd as they did not look at the house much and when I gave them my budget they just picked a number in the middle and ran with it. No big deal as the initial clean was a set hourly fee.

The initial cleaning was ultimately sub-par. They did work fast, took almost exactly 3 hours, but they missed a lot and it just was not what we were looking for. Some of the sinks were still dirty, water stains on all faucets and shower head, kitchen counter and sink was not cleaned at all, and our hvac vents were wiped down quickly, but still a lot of dust leftover. We had a lot of smudges leftover on our hardwood floor in the front foyer as well.

I appreciate the fast service and all, but this was not what we were expecting for the price. When I called to provide payment, I mentioned some of the issues and they told me that someone would contact me to help remedy it. This didn't happen and they just called back asking for payment and mentioned that next time someone comes around they can clean the missed spots. Not really a solution to the problem.

Overall, I'm very happy with the service I receive. I have routine cleaning every 2 weeks. The pricing is reasonable and the office is quite responsive to my feedback and comments. They keep records on which teams they send to your house so if you encounter an issue, it can be resolved by requesting a different team to perform your cleanings. I've only had an issue once in the past few months but it was resolved immediately and gracefully by the office. I love that they are responsive to feedback and ready to amend any problems that you encounter.

Communicated the ETA and on time. Very thorough and quick deep cleaning. Wide and I were amazed at how efficient they were. They move fast! We have a newborn who was born right after Thanksgiving. Between tending to a newborn and recovering wife, having family over left our house a wreck. I did what I could to organize and clean but You've Got Maids turned this into a new house. Already have plans to do quarterly cleaning with this company. I recommend to all.

We hired You've Got Maids to do a move out clean. On the phone, I asked if they wipe down walls. They confirmed they do. When the cleaning people got here, they said they don't wipe down walls. The two ladies were here 3 hours, but tried to charge for 4. After they left, I noticed the inside of the cabinets in the kitchen were still dirty, there was grease under the cabinets, the floors were cleaned with a Swiffer, but not actually mopped and the bathtubs looked the exact same as they did before they cleaned. I took a sponge and cleaned some of the grout. Window tracks/sills were not cleaned. At the time, I was outside power washing and now I'm really curious as to what they were doing in the house for 3 hours.

After complaining, they only charged for 2 hours, but their time wasn't even worth that.

I spent another day cleaning the house myself.

They really work with you to ensure your house is cleaned the way and to the perfection you desire. The ladies are always on time, work hard and are very professional. The best cleaning service we have ever had. They are very responsive.

Definitely recommend You've Got Maids! Been using them for a year now. I've recently switched from bi-weekly to weekly cleanings. My assigned cleaning team is thorough and detail oriented. They take their time and do a
nice job. After they left today, my husband even commented on how clean, shiney, and fresh everything turned out....now that's a real compliment!

You've Got Maid does a great job cleaning our house every two weeks, and the price is a good value for the work they perform. We are always notified two days prior when they will arrive, and they are always on time. They are friendly and professional, and very willing to accommodate working around us when we work from home. We really enjoy Natasha, as she is a very outgoing person who is very committed to the community.
