I absolutely love Regal Maids! They are helpful and do an amazing job at cleaning. I am a real estate agent and they've cleaned numerous houses for me and my clients. They are professional- on time, efficient and clean the extra things I ask them to. They have also cleaned my personal home. I trust them and they do fantastic work- every time. I highly recommend Regal Maids to clean your home.

I've been using them for basic home cleanings every other week about 4 or 5 months now, and I'm happy with them. I am home with my young kids and do my best to keep us all out of their way, but they are always very kind and accommodating.

We hired You've Got Maids for a move-out cleaning service after meeting owners Natasha and Michael at a home show. Natasha conducted an on-site survey to provide an estimate. She assigned two cleaners and they did a did a decent job cleaning a four-story townhouse with three full baths and two half baths in about four hours. The price for cleaning was very affordable and we had no problems during the move-out inspection. We highly recommend for move-out cleaning services.

After months of nightmares with two other cleaning companies, I stumbled upon You’ve Got Maids. Natasha, one of the owners, came to my house and before giving me a quote, she took the time to ask me why I was looking for a new cleaning company, qualities I have enjoyed from previous cleaning companies, what things I did not like, and if there were any specific needs that I wanted her to be aware of. She then went from room to room with me, asking about my specific expectations, all while she took notes to be added to my personal file. For once, I did not feel like just a number.

Her crew has been coming to my home now for about three months, and I am pleased every time! They are thorough, friendly, and reliable. When COVID-19 hit, she made personal phone calls to all of her clients to update them with the safeguards her company has put in place which was reassuring not only for the safety factor, but also to be reminded that she cares about each of her clients.

I really like how Natasha runs her business. The cleaning service was good, they did a good job on everything they cleaned but they missed one of my specific asks to clean the inside of the cabinets. I really don’t like having to complain after a service, especially knowing it was just an accident. But I finally did say something and Natasha made everything right immediately. I really appreciate her being so kind about it and how she handled the whole situation. If I need a cleaning service in the future, I will definitely use them again! Thank you Natasha and team :)

The owner, Natasha, is responsive and caring. She has a standard "menu" for what she offers, but it more than glad to personalize your services based on the needs of you/your family/your home. You've Got Maids of Chantilly does an amazing job! They came in and did a deep clean and then I started the regular ever couple of weeks cleaning last week. I can't really tell the difference between the two services because my house was so unbelievably clean both times! Natasha and her group are extremely professional, prompt, and friendly.
