This is my second home where I had Iraida and her ladies cleaning on a regular basis. They are always very pleasant and do a good job. I love the way my home feels, smells and is so clean after they have finished.

The first time I hired this company was fantastic! However the second time I used their services things did not go well. There is a stain on the carpet where it seems some cleaning solution was spilled or collected. I didn’t think it was a big deal at the time because cleaning solution should come up, but a month later it has not come out of my carpet. Also this second time care for my belongings was not taken. Everything was just shoved out of the way and a few weird pieces of things when missing. Which to me does not indicate stealing but indicates carelessness. For example I have a drain hair catcher in one of the showers, it is two pieces, but the top part of it is the critical part. That top part is gone. Also we have some hand carved animals gathered from travels that have some pieces to them, those pieces can come loose if handled roughly. Some of those pieces are now missing. We went through the garbage to try and find these pieces but could not find them. So my initial thought was they are around somewhere and will show up. However they have not shown up. I have contacted the cleaning service and have received no response. Therefore I wanted to write this review for awareness. I will be finding another cleaning company to use.

I have adjusted my rating to 4 stars because while the people that came to my house were disrespectful of my things, and the first text I sent was missed, when I managed to get ahold of Iraida she worked diligently to correct the wrong and it was pleasing to see someone take the time and put in the effort.

Iraida’s team go the extra mile when cleaning your house. Her team is friendly, professional and gets it done fast. Highly recommended.

Wonderful cleaning services. The cleaners were very professional and thorough. Arrived on time, meticulously cleaned our 3 level townhouse and finished in around 3 hours. Very reasonably priced. After the first cleaning, we decided to use their cleaning services on a regular basis.

I have used many cleaning services and there is always something missed. However, the truth is I'm not very easy to please customer so I don't really have a high expectations.
That being said, when the ladies from Iraida left my house I was very, very, very surprised!!! My house looked absolutely immaculate! Not a single spot was missed, not a single corner, door, window or surface. They even cleaned my dog's food bowls, the wine glasses in my wine lounge, my laundry room and my vacuum robot! I am truly impressed!
I do not write reviews often but this service deserves 10 stars! Just give it a shot, you won't regret it!

I needed an extremely thorough "move-out" cleaning to meet the exceedingly high expectations of the new system of property management that has taken over our country. I did not get that. There were no ladders brought to reach the very high top of cabinets, or the tools necessary to clean the grout in the kitchen and bathroom floor.

However, the cleaning team did work extremely hard, and for what they could do, they did an exceptional job. If I ever needed a general cleaning (not a move-out), I would hire them in a New York minute. For what they could do, the job was exceptional.

Iraida’s cleaning is HIGHLY recommended! The scheduling and set up process was incredibly quick and easy, they are very responsive, and when it comes to the actual cleaning, they were incredibly diligent going above and beyond what was requested. Very fairly priced without sacrificing the care and attention to detail.

Iraida’s cleaning service is one of the best services available in our area. They come on time. Iraida is very responsive and takes immediate action if one is unsatisfied with the cleaning. The cleaners are very respectful and will do as told. They take time to clean and never do a rush job. I have been using her company for last 7 years and never had a complain. My house is always sparking clean after she leaves 😊

We’ve had three cleanings done so far over the course of six weeks, and Iraida’s team truly go the extra mile every time. Not only are the cleanings thorough, leaving the house in great condition to come home to, but they will also do things like organizing clutter and making beds when we put clean sheets out, steps beyond the basic that we weren’t necessarily expecting from a cleaning service. We’ve been blessed by this team’s work!

trust the Iraidas cleaning with the one star review. I would give zero stars if I could. harassing us with calls and texts even after we discussed the bad cleaning and rude behavior from cleaners. Basically tried to extort us for money when they did a less than terrible job and only 1/3 of the entire house. why would we pay more for less cleaning and BAD job? BEWARE loook elsewhere

This company cleaned our apartment when we were moving out. They scrubbed our oven spotless. They cleaned the floors and carpet with excellent care provided. Our bathrooms looked never before lived in when they were finished cleaning them. I would recommend this company to anyone with cleaning needs. This company provides excellent cleaning service to customers!

I called Iraida Cleaning for a move-out cleaning. I saw that she received very high ratings so I decided to go with her. The two ladies she sent were very punctual and got the job done in 2 hours! They allowed me to inspect their work and I must say every nook and cranny was spotless! Even the property manager texted me saying the place was immaculate! You won’t go wrong with Iraida Cleaning!

These ladies helped clean my roommate's bedroom and did a great job in cleaning it up. Her room was very bad off and was near-hoarder level I would say. Now it's amazing! Her bathroom and our living room as well! I highly recommend these ladies!

Iraida was referred to me by a friend who also uses her cleaning service and I can see why she was recommended. Iraida and her team were great. Knowing that I have 2 dogs, they were very thorough in cleaning the floors. A plus that I've never experienced with other cleaning services was that they made the beds. That night I felt like I was at a hotel. We liked her so much that we'll be using her services on a recurring basis.

As a mom of triplets who also works part time, I have very little time to clean my house. Iraida Cleaning Services isn't a luxery for us, it's a necessity. They do an excellent job and take a huge stressor off my plate.
