The team at Tidewater ProBuild are great, and their work is second to none. They were very responsive throughout the whole process, which took about 7 weeks. We had a complete master bathroom remodel done and it was great. We had our moments of doubt (since we were asking a lot of them), but Trey and Caleb (and Kevin) pulled off an amazing job. It really exceeded our expectations. Their team of guys are true professionals and perfectionists, especially with the tile (thanks Saber). I'd recommend them for any project you are doing, and they will be my first call for any future work.

Tidewater was excellent. They were always professional, timely and dependable. But what made them truly amazing was their ability to get to know my family, what we needed and what worked. We remodeled our first floor (living room, dining room and kitchen) and from start to gorgeous finish, they were with us every step of the way. These guys go above and beyond with their service. I just needed some work done on my front and back porch, kitchen tile replacement, and a change to my bathroom vanity top/mirror. Throughout the entire process, everyone took the time to explain every part and were easy to communicate with. They were able to flex their schedule for my small job when another client canceled. They dedicated their full attention to my project even though it wasn't that huge and they went the extra mile to correct things they saw with the old construction on my front and back porches. Caleb and his Team were highly recommended to us from a few neighbors who had wonderful experiences with their renovations. We are so glad we listened and followed their advice. We had a great experience from beginning to end with the Witten brothers and their staff. They really took time to explain the process to us, and to give us guidance and suggestions on design when we were unsure. Tidewater Pro-build completely modernized our 1990 guest bathroom.They did a complete gut job and the work was transformational. Caleb gave us a quote which was spot on. Robert oversaw the project and was present everyday. They did an absolute phenomenal job, and we would definitely use them again. We get so many compliments on the makeover.

From day one, they listened to what we wanted and provided helpful suggestions, that we ended up going with, that enhanced both the design and functionality of the bathroom. Ryan, who was our project manager, and Petey, were both extremely friendly, professional, punctual, and respectful of our home — always keeping the work area clean and minimizing disruption.

One thing I really liked about Tidewater was that they went above and beyond. This was the first time we had done a major renovation and I felt very overwhelmed. Robert, one of the owners, went with me to pick out tile, granite, wood, etc. offering suggestions and really making me feel like he cared about my project and that I wasn't just a job. Having that extra care and attention really made this experience one that was enjoyable, and not stressful and overwhelming, like I originally thought it was going to be.

The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. The tile work is flawless (thanks Nick and Mitch), the custom vanity looks incredible (thanks Caleb), and every detail — from the lighting to the fixtures — was executed with precision. They kept us informed throughout the project, stayed on schedule, and honored the agreed-upon budget.

We now have a spa-like retreat in our own home, that I spend much more time in, thanks to their talent and hard work. We couldn't be happier with the result and would absolutely recommend Tidewater ProBuild to anyone looking to renovate their bathroom or take on any home improvement project.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Tidewater Pro Build is. Trey and Caleb were super receptive to all my ideas and questions. They made time to carve out a day way before the start date of my major kitchen overhaul to create a door between my kitchen and laundry room (a total game changer for new parents).

Once the project was fully underway our main guys were Kevin, Sabre, and Steven. Mario was our electrician and he is a delight and a professional. They were polite, funny, efficient, and effective in their work. If you have this team you will be thrilled. Though the project went about a week over, we stayed pretty much on budget. Everyone worked with me and my husband to keep our budget reasonable and to make out project look FAR more expensive than it was. The finishing is impeccable and I know this kitchen is perfectly structurally sound, the electric is on point, and nothing will ever leak.

Wayne and his team worked on a short turn around, completing all aspects of their work: demo, dry wall repair, and kitchen renovation, in expert fashion. Would highly recommend!

We had a small job, construction of a railing along four steps and a landing providing access to screen porch. HRCS was happy to bid this minor job, and installed three 4x4s on concrete pads from which to anchor the railing. Solid as a rock! Nicely integrated with existing landing. They also cheerfully made minor cosmetic changes that we suggested along the way. Would happily use HRCS again.
