APPLIANCE SERVICE SOLUTIONS repaired a Sub-Zero Refrigerator after another tech from a different company said it could not be repaired because the parts were not being made. That was false!
APPLIANCE SERVICE SOLUTIONS got the job done! They ordered the parts and came out and fixed the fridge! The service and the quality of the company is outstanding! From front desk taking the calls and the service techs, you couldn’t ask for a better team! They are all extremely nice, helpful and knowledgeable! I definitely have used them before and will continue to use them in the future!

Jeremy was great very knowledgeable and did an excellent job fixing our dishwasher. He took the time to explain what was going on and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. The only reason for the one-star deduction is the scheduling process; the 6-hour service window is difficult to plan around and could definitely be improved. Overall, very happy with the service Jeremy provided.

Mike was friendly and punctual. He arrived on time after keeping us updated throughout the day regarding his schedule. Luckily, it was a simple repair but he saved us from a very costly replacement. Very helpful staff.. Stephen and John were super helpful when I needed some assistance with my boat and trolling motor. The place has tons of accessories, batteries, oil, trolling motors, installation services and repair services. Pretty much 1 stop shop for your trolling motor and electronics needs.

I am a boat tech out of chesapeake,I was on a service call and needed few connectors luckily I saw motor tech right next to customers home. Tom saved me an hour of driving and fuel. Thank you motor tech and Tom!!!

Had to travel a bit to have our Lowrance Trolling Motor repaired but it was well worth it.
