Un satisfactory the customer service was beyond un satisfactory. I'm still trying to get in touch with the and left messages over 2 months ago.
Still no phone call a return from him and I call them every week and leave them a message. They're the only minnkota warranty people in the area.during covid I had to deal with them and dropped the same motor off 5 different times ...every time they claimed it was fixed. Finally the 5th one hour Drive one way i got someone to meet me and I proved without a shadow of a doubt they were wrong .which the whole time they claimedi was lying ..n i prove them wrong . the son then proceeded to get rude while having to order my replacement motor ..

If you are looking for a electric motor or need repairs this is the place to go. I was looking for hand till electric motor to back up the one i have. They had several used ones that he showed me then we looked at the new ones. Prices where in line with big box stores. He gladly answered all my questions.

I have purchased 2 trolling motors there, and was happy that I had when each needed service after a mishap. They have other stuff like batteries, chargers, Power Poles, and other boat stuff too. I reached out to Anointed Electric for a quote to install a Ford Charge Station Pro 80amp EV charger. Reggie responded immediately and arrived within the hour for an in-home quote. I didn’t have the 80amp charger yet as it was being delivered within two weeks. In the mean time, he picked up material needed and came did all the prep work for the 80amp charger. He temporarily set it up for me to use the Ford 30amp charger that came with my Ford Lightning truck. Once the Ford Charge Station Pro arrived, he came to complete the job. Reggie is very professional, knowledgeable, and did excellent work. I called Reginald on Monday morning at 9:39 for help with a hallway light, multiple outlets that were out in my daughter’s room and the hallway, and a shower light fixture in my bathroom that had been out for a while. He explained his hourly rate and the need to troubleshoot but reassured me that he works quickly and fairly without trying to hurt anyone’s pockets. His honesty and professionalism immediately gave me confidence in his service.

Reginald arrived at my home in about 30 minutes and quickly got to work. Within seconds, he’d diagnosed the issue, and in 20 minutes, everything was completely fixed! Not only did he handle the electrical work with integrity and skill, but he also went above and beyond by helping me retrieve a few pieces of jewelry that had fallen behind a dresser drawer—something I couldn’t reach on my own. I thought that was incredibly kind of him.

Not exaggerating - Reggie saved my house from burning down. I had already called him to put in 240V for a dryer but he identified an issue with the connection from the main power supply and talked to Dominion Power for me, resulting in a same day repair. Besides that, he is very personable, professional and as a homeowner I was very grateful that he took the time to explain what he was doing as he did it.
