Customer service was awesome. Job was done 1st time. Unlike Sears home warranty and their lack of efficiency taking forever to schedule a repair visit only to cancel it last minute or tech no show. Then parts have to be ordered and the cycle begins. If you are considering Sears home warranty don’t waste your money or for that matter your time because that’s what you will face. Lastly I was a loyal sear customer for 20 plus years last year something changed they fired all their customer service and went to ai chat bot which absolutely sucks.
You cannot talk to a human good luck trying. As you can tell I’m really mad how my last service request went to the point I cancelled my contract. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all.

If you have an appliance problem then yes call these guys! They are quick, honest, affordable and do not give up on correcting the problem, avoiding a costly replacement. They are by far the most trustworthy repair service in the 757. We will call again. (Hopefully not TOO soon). Mike is the greatest tech around!

My service provider, Jason, arrived exactly when scheduled, texting me beforehand that he was on his way. He was very personable and helpful. The problem wasn’t exactly with my washing machine. It turned out to be my uneven floor, which caused my washer to walk across the room every time it went on the spin cycle. Jason did everything he could to level out the washer and keep it from moving and making a horrible sound. I appreciate his efforts and creative thinking in order to resolve the problem.

Service guy mike was absolutely great. Communicated with me very well. Brought the part that was needed but wasn't sure of the actual problem, and I do not need to wait for them to come back. The Service technician, David has been awesome! I needed a cap for my gas stove which he ordered and replaced. He also made sure all the pilots were lit evenly; even the center burner. I appreciate that he calls before his arrival which has always been on time or ahead of the scheduled time.He has always been very professional, polite, and knowledgeable.He even provided me input on how to maintain the stove.

So far our experience with Appliance Service Solutions has been a pleasant one. David has come several times to make repairs on different appliances and he's always been professional, communicative and effective at fixing issues.

"Magic Mike" did a great job. Showed up well early into our scheduled time, was very professional, gave me updates, and got our washing machine working again promptly to keep us from having to go to the laundromat (ugh). Not to mention, their office was the only one who actually answered my call yesterday morning while searching for a repairman, and was able to schedule us for the very next day and now we are up and running just over 24 hours from our first contact! Highly recommend.

Jake was able to come earlier than my scheduled appointment. I appreciated him calling me to come early. He was professional, fast and efficient. He showed me what the problem was and fixed it on the spot. I am well pleased with the service I received for my dryer.

I had a technician Mike come and do an appliance repair. He was friendly and professional. He explained the issue in detail. I was surprised at how quickly he fixed the problem. I thought it would take a couple of hours but it only took him less than 30 minutes to my surprise. Great job.
