Our medical office has been utilizing Express Cleaning & Painting Services for about a year now. From the very first time they cleaned our office, the job stood out. Our office had never been cleaner! The owners and their employees are extremely punctual and responsible. They all perform quality work! You should do yourself a favor and hire this company for their services. You will not be disappointed! We are so happy we did!

This is the second painting job I’ve hired Vladimir for. He does great work and wants to do his best. He stands behind his work & offers a fair price. He is very considerate in your home & takes care not to make a mess. Willing to arrive early & works hard to get the job done in reasonable time. I love coming home to a clean house. Miss Mary and her team from Express Cleaning and Painting ensure this happens every time they visit my home. They arrive on time, are pleasant and very efficient. I still don't know how they are able to clean my home from top to bottom as quickly as they do. I can always depend on them to do a thorough job and for my home to smell fresh and clean. Express Cleaning and Painting has been cleaning our home for almost a year and I could not be more satisfied with the service they provide. They are the best!

Technical was on time and kind and polite. His knowledge of work speaks volumes.

His service was awesome. However we kept getting rescheduled due to parts. The parts were shipped to our home and we had no way of notifying Sears that the part had arrived. It took almost a month to get the dishwasher repaired. Not satisfied with that part of the service but the technician was wonderful and very knowledgeable.

My Air Conditioned stop working along with my furnace. Mr Anthony W. from Sears Home Service Identified my problem and it was fixed very soon. He took the time to explain the cause of my problem, which it was a master switch that was turn off in the attic. Very happy with his service.

I've had the same technician before for another issue, and it was a super positive experience then, and again now. My technician was very polite and knowledgeable. He made short work of the job and we were back in service quickly. It was a very positive experience.

Anthony is exceptionally talented and very knowledgeable. He was able to correctly and quickly diagnose and resolve the problem with the outside AC unit. It’s refreshing to know that there are still some honest HVAC contractors around. Don’t waste your time or money with anyone else. You will not regret it.

Refrigerator Compressor part went bad and got swapped out. Labor cost was a bit steep at $400 for 30 minutes but got the job done.

The technician was a miracle worker. He replaced key parts and got the dishwasher up and running perfectly.

I appreciated the serviceman's courtesy and general pleasant personality, but the actual failure to help was aggravating. The serviceman was not well trained on my dishwasher model, but I believe that to be more a Samsung problem then a Sears servicemen problem. Samsung needs to do a better job on troubleshooting procedures. The diagnostic code (7C) is so broad that it didn't provide any new information I didn't already know before calling for a serviceman. Considering I am literally no closer to having my problem properly, or more specifically, diagnosed than before the visit, the $129 price tag is too high. But again, if Samsung wants their equipment to be serviceable, then they need to provide training, equipment drawings, or more detailed diagnostic capabilities for their equipment (or any combination of the above). The drawings available were so poor quality that we couldn't read the part numbers. The parts we could identify that MAY be the problem (not sure, because the problem could be many different things), did not have prices on them, implying we had to keep stepping up the toward the system level until we came to a part that had a price. And at that price, I may just get rid of the Samsung dishwasher and by another brand.
