My technician was great. He knew what the issue was before he even got there and it was luckily a pretty simple fix. As for Sears, I'm still waiting for them to send me in detail what the issue was and how everything was fixed. A verbal explanation just ain't gonna cut it in a week, or month, or year.

I have been without a working washing machine for over two months! They canceled on me twice. They have tried to repair twice. This last time they spent hours replacing parts only to leave the door latch broken. So I still can’t use the machine.

My experience was outstanding! Ted was careful knowledgeable, personable, and really concerned about the well-being of his clients! He even cleans up behind himself.You can't ask for better than that!If you wanna know how it's done referred to this guy! Well done! Well done indeed!

Luis was superb he listened to the issue I was having and went right to work. Less than one hour issue was resolved. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend.

I am disappointed with my recent experience. The technician did not arrive as scheduled, and there was no courtesy call to update us. Instead, we only received separate calls about purchasing additional products, which was frustrating. This led to an entire day wasted and delayed us from getting a much-needed refrigerator. I hope future appointments are handled with better communication and reliability.

The repairman was very knowledgeable. He did the job carefully and cleaned up after himself. He even did some extra cleaning on my unit! And he was super nice! He is a man Sears can be proud of!!!

Needed to troubleshoot and fix a dryer issue, and hopefully learn a things or two in the process, and Derek was absolutely up to the task. He was communicative prior to the service, personable and knowledgeable through the service, and generally a pleasure to be around. I would absolutely work with him again!

Richard the technician was very polite and very determined to get what was needed to fix. He tried everything and finally found out no one had the part needed. The stove is about 23 years old. He really tried everything.

Although our technician was running late, he did reach out to let us know, which was great! Luis was very pleasant friendly, and extremely helpful. He answered all questions and gave us options. Everything was done within an hour. Very pleased with the service.
