This team is so professional!!! When Gillian answered the phone she was so professional so helpful very apologetic even though it wasn't her problem. Gillian told me that she was gonna give Kevin a call and he would give me a call when he got a chance. Kevin gave me a call not even 10 minutes later. Kevin told me that he would be able to go to my house and check everything out and see what I needed. I believe I called them at 9 AM Kevin had fixed my problem by noon. Thank you K & K electrical for everything that your team did in a timely fashion.

Great guys who have provided expert service for us. They get back to you and are prompt, courteous, careful with your stuff, and again, expert servicemen. Very fair pricing too. We have had a few distinct reasons to call in an electrician. We call on this business without hesitation.

K&K did a Whole House Generator installation for me. The electricians were knowledgeable, courteous and clean. They explained everything to me and the Generator has already been put to use flawlessly on a couple of occasions due to Summer storms. I highly recommend this company.

Had a difficult time finding an electrician to come out with more urgency. My in-laws actually recommended this company for the work they did on their house, after I called two electrical companies, and it would have been a few days before they could assess. Needless to say Kevin was a consummate professional, assessed the issue, and we had power back on in the rooms in which the power had gone out. Highly recommend!

The owner & his wife worked with my elderly mother. She is suffering from some dementia and confuses easily. Not only did they treat her so well they made sure to help her understand the work and such that was needed and when it would be done. Not very many companies out there that wouldn't take advantage of an elderly person. This company by far went above and beyond to make sure she was taken care of and the problems were fixed from the services they provided. If you need an honest, trust worthy, reliable company to use HIGHLY recommend this one.

I highly recomment K&K Electrical. They are extremely professional and pricing very fair. Adam and Chris came to my home to install a new lighting fixture in the kitchen, add a new lighting fixture which required running new wiring and install an additional electrical socket on my kitchen island. Both were very friendly, knowledgable and cleaned up before they left. We will be using them for our generator maintenance in the future. I have already recommended them to our neighbor at the end of the street!

Kevin and his team provided great communication from the quote to the finished work. They were on time and completed some needed additions to our home including new outlets, new ceiling fans and even mounted our TV set. They did a great job and were careful to clean up when finished. I needed help with a water heater issue and when I called Jerry, he told me that he was not able to come out today because he had a sick pet that he was caring for. Instead, he invited me to his residence and told me exactly what I needed to do to correct the issue. I listened to his advice and it worked out perfectly. He does great work even when he doesn't need to respond.

During a routine maintenance call, Garrett diagnosed the fan needed replacing and returned later to replace it. A week later, the fan was not working properly so Jeff was sent out to find the reason. Not able to determine the reason, Dan, the owner of the came out and finally solved the mystery. A three-pronged example of perseverance. What a great company!!!

Connor was very professional providing excellent follow up information about our heating system to help deepen our understanding. His personality was warm and friendly demonstrating command of the mechanical heating & cooling process. He is an excellent service representative for Nelson. Would love to have him visit on the next call. However, not until our service contract is due.
