We recently had a lightning strike that took out our tv’s, cable boxes, dishwasher and all the receptacles in our family room. Colt Power and Tech was highly recommended to us by a neighbor so we contacted them right away. Mike, the owner, returned our call just about as fast as we called him. We spoke on the phone for a good 20 minutes and outlined our issues and he scheduled us the very next day. Mike showed up as promised along with his assistant Lane and they proceeded to check the entire house for potential problems that come along with a lightning strike. They were professional, courteous and explained everything to us and we were up and running in no time at all with our electric, cable and dishwasher. They were very respectful of our home and cleaned up before they left. I highly recommend Colt Power and Tech and will definitely use them for my upcoming projects. Great business to work with. Mike came to assess and provide an estimate and Will came by to fix a number of things at my house. Fair pricing, very knowledgeable, great communication (in person and scheduling via phone etc.) I can't say enough good things. I needed wiring for a sink disposal, porch light fixed to code, attic wires checked and a once over on our electrical box. Will explained everything as he had status or found something and checked in to ensure he understood my preference as needed. Wore masks in my house. I could pay with Apple Pay. I will use them again for sure.

Had Mike come out to update my kitchen track lights. He took the time to explain options and how they would effect the look of the room. He took in to account the design elements of lighting and what would best suit the room. I didn’t believe that new lighting would make such a difference but the change was dramatic. It is so hard nowadays to find honest companies. I was recommended to this company. So I gave them a shot. The lady who called me to schedule the appointment was very sweet and professional.
