Constraction reviews in Vienna, Virginia

Panorama Remodeling deserves all the stars in the sky. These guys are true gem. Dream makers is what I called them. I couldn't have made a better choice selecting a contractor. Knowledgeable, caring, diligent, punctual, polite, and the list goes on. I am very happy with how everything turned out from start to finish. I've had my fair shares of hellish contractors and George helped me see the brighter side. Timing was impeccable and quality of job was superb. George put my mind at ease and really made sure the job was being done right. I felt like I was his only client. VIP treatment all the way. I couldn't be happier with my choice. So if anyone who's contemplating on any remodeling project, just pick up the phone and call them.

We initially hired Panorama to remodel two bathrooms and a laundry room. From start to finish, it was a pleasure working with George and Panorama. Work was completed on schedule, even with multiple change orders and additions to the scope of work. George and his crew took every measure to make our lives easier during the renovation. We were amazed with the progress they made every day and were so impressed that they were able to deliver what we wanted so quickly. We were so happy with their work that we also hired them for a follow on lighting project. We would absolutely hire them again and highly recommend Panorama.

We had a really fabulous experience with Panorama Remodeling. With George managing the project with daily visits and quick responses, his team was always on time, careful of our house and yard, and attentive to detail.

They completely gutted our two 1940 bathrooms and remodeled them, expanding a shower and replacing all plumbing, including permits and inspections from the City of Alexandria. The crew was so fast and hard working and George had all his ducks in a row so there were zero delays.

Pricing was lower than a competing bid who said it would take 6-8 weeks with a double team working (Panorama finished in 2 weeks!).

We absolutely love our new bathrooms and plan to use Panorama Remodeling for our upcoming kitchen addition.

We believe in magic because of Panorama Remodeling. One minute our lives were in shambles following two consecutive floods in our basement, and the next - enter Panorama - we have a beautifully remodeled basement and a new shed and beautifully landscaped backyard. Most contractors we’ve worked with cost us a fortune in money, but more importantly, in time and stress. Panorama made our lives easier and for a very fair price.

With Panorama, you can let go of your worries; George and his crew show up on time, communicate and solve issues quickly, execute every detail of the project to completion and satisfaction, and always clean up and leave the space better than when they arrived and better than expected. George supervises every step of the way, showing up daily to ensure the project is a success.

George is our first phone call for ANY project, and he consistently delivers. We cannot stress enough how much Panorama has improved our lives. Would give 100 stars if we could.

We hired George and Panorama remodeling to remodel our main bathroom and we couldn’t be more pleased with our decision.  Before we found George, we got several quotes from unorganized, pushy, high pressure, shady companies (someday I’ll get around to writing these reviews! Ha).  Compared to the other contractors we had encountered, George was a breath of fresh air.  Right from the start he was professional and communicative.  He listened to our wish list and promptly gave us a detailed quote that was very competitive and within our budget.  He started and finished the project on time.  He and everyone on his team were courteous and respectful in our home (at times we had a dog and a toddler running around).  George’s work is high quality and he very much pays attention to the details.

Our vision was to turn our very small, crowded, outdated bathroom into a stylish roomier space. The finished product is absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations!  We love our new bathroom.  I would absolutely recommend Panorama!

We would 100% recommend Panorama for any home renovation needs.

We have now used George for two projects: Painting and Fireplace update and the remodel of our Primary Bathroom. We are delighted with the results.

George was wonderful to work with, very responsive, keeping us fully informed and updated through the entire process. Everyone on his team was professional and did beautiful work.

We are so happy we found George and will be using him in the future for all our home updates.

Panorama Remodeling has recently completed an extensive remodeling of our kitchen, living and dining rooms.

This project merged three rooms which required the removal of walls, installation of new hardwood floors, installation of new cabinets & countertops, extensive rewiring, installation of new windows, asbestos abatement and new plumbing.  The Panorama crew took precautions to mitigate the impact on the environment for the health of themselves and the occupants of the house.

The project involved a variety of trades and scheduling with 3rd party contractors and county permits & inspections. The remodeling project passed all county inspections with no rewiring or other rework needed.

George’s recommendations for component suppliers were spot on. The suppliers provided excellent quality materials with timely deliveries.  Where possible, materials were manufactured in the U.S..

George’s coordination of deliveries and 3rd party contractors for asbestos abatement, cabinets,  countertops, structural engineering, and kitchen design was top notch, and key to the success of the project’s completion ahead of schedule.

George should be nominated for sainthood for his patience with nervous clients. Several meetings were held during the planning stage to iron out details. During the project, he communicated daily the status of the work, keeping us well informed of progress and issues.  Panorama’s crew always arrived early and started on time, working tirelessly and professionally. While supervision was on site daily, the Panorama crew was well trained and worked largely independently. Shout-outs to Hector (Team Leader), Randy (Lead Plumber), Karen (Kitchen Designer) and the electrical team.

I can’t say enough good things about George and Panorama Remodeling. When my husband and I decided to explore the option of putting an addition on our house, we met with over a half dozen different contractors over the time span of a year. George came highly recommended by one of our neighbors that had just worked with him on her addition. When we met with George, we were immediately put at ease, which set him apart from all the others. We knew that we wanted to stay living in the house during construction, even while knowing the struggles and challenges that could arise with our two- year old and two big dogs, but George assured us that he and his team would put our comfort and safety first, and they definitely did.
With our addition, we added a total of 1,300 square-feet inclusive of: a formal foyer; family/dining room with a stone wood burning fireplace; an office; half bath (middle level); and full master bedroom and bathroom (2nd level), inclusive of a separate tub and stand-up shower. The Panorama Remodeling crew worked efficiently on our two-story addition; what should have taken 4-5 months, they completed it in 2.5 months, without compromising quality. Their team was extremely respectful, flexible, efficient, and best of all, they were clean. They did their best to minimize debris and dust by cleaning the site every day before heading home. They were extremely flexible with any change orders that came up, where other contractors may have been frustrated, George and crew were always willing to work through changes without skipping a beat. George’s motto is, “if you’re happy, I’m happy.”
By the middle of our addition, I turned to my husband and said “what are we going to do when they’re finished? I am going to miss seeing them every day.” George and his crew are not just amazing contractors, they are now a part of our family. I highly recommend Panorama Remodeling to anyone and everyone that is looking for a trustworthy contractor. On December 23rd, George and his crew gave us the best Christmas present ever… our new home. We feel truly blessed to have crossed paths with him.

George and his crew are amazing! They just completed a bathroom & basement (added a bathroom as well) remodel for me. From the beginning, George has been incredible to work with. He is honest, hardworking, accommodating of my (endless) requests, and a perfectionist! He took care of several issues we came across (due to the house) without adding any stress to my plate. I feel lucky to have come across him and I'm really thankful for the excellent workmanship to make the space beautiful, useable, and safe. I would recommend George hands down and will call on him for additional projects in my home down the road. I felt like he treated me like family, even my baby kept going to him to hold her!

We were very happy with Panorama. In general when it comes to renos I believe the saying: “You can have fast, good quality, or cheap. Pick two.” Panorama was good quality and fast and we did find their prices very reasonable. They were mostly done within 2 weeks but a delay for shower glass is unavoidable when the wall/door must be custom made and so the measurements aren’t taken until the shower tiling etc is complete. They completed everything within their promised time frame.

Our 1969 bathroom needed extensive renovations, including stealing some space from the bedroom next door. I think the pictures speak for themselves but 3 closets (2 clothes and one linen) were removed to open up the space.

The workers were very punctual and cleaned up after themselves each day. George was extremely involved and responsive. I really trust his taste and judgement as he is committed to doing great work. I would love to use Panorama again and recommend them without hesitation!

We had a great experience with Panorama Remodeling. They started work sooner than expected and finished quicker than we anticipated. They were very easy to communicate with and knowledgeable. When I did the walk through with George, he was able to give some ideas and advice we hadn't considered which was very helpful. The final product was better than we imagined. We will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend!

Stop looking for a contractor. Work with Panorama Remodeling.

4 Reasons to Work with Panorama Remodeling:
#1) George and the crew work hard and FAST – They finished my basement 4 weeks earlier than first estimated and the results are stunning.
#2)He’s always on the job site – At 7:30am, I’d get a notification the smart lock in the basement was unlocked. Once the job started, I saw the crew almost every day, Monday-Saturday, for five weeks. At the end of the day, George let me know what work was complete and what came next. I always knew what to expect which made planning my work from home situation much easier.
#3) He Communicates! – Working from home meant I was “on-site” every day. George would confer with me a couple times a day, like when we needed to pivot to avoid a bulkhead or finalize vanity placement in the bathroom. He wants to get it right – the first time!
#4) George is now a friend – The day we signed the contract, he told me “my clients are more like my friends.” It seemed cheesy at the time, but it’s so true. George is great to work with... he has a great attitude, he’s solution-oriented, and he takes pride in his work. It’s easy to see why he has so many repeat customers.

There’s a running joke, the crew will be back in 12 months to renovate my second bathroom. It’s absolutely true! When I remodel, I only want to work with George!

I highly recommend Panorama Remodeling. Working with George is the best reno decision you can make!

George and the guys at Panorama Remodeling are amazing. They are so easy to work with and their work quality is impeccable. We have had them work on our house twice now. The first time we hired them to remodel our master bathroom. Their bid came in way below the other contractors we called to bid on the job and they were willing to do the job exactly how we wanted it done. The other guys kept trying to talk us into a low quality product and then charge us more money for it. George listened to what we wanted and then made it happen. The second time we hired Panorama Remodeling was to remodel our basement. We had some severe flooding and needed the basement completely gutted and redone. Again they did great work, it went from a dark dungeon to a light and bright living space we all love to hang out in. I love working with George and his team because in addition to how wonderful the final work looks I also know that they are just as meticulous with the work they do behind the walls and George makes sure to communicate everything that is going on every step of the way. If he says that his team will be starting work at 8am you know that they will be knocking on the door to start work at 8am sharp. We will definitely be hiring them again for any future work we may have.

George and the entire Panorama crew are the absolute best! I felt safe and taken care of throughout the process.

Knowing I was nervous, George walked me through everything, project managing me, resassuring me and doing what he could to ensure I was happy. Some times, I was very particular to my style and other times I was indecisive - and changed my mind. George handled it all, asking questions and providing options and always ending with "what ever makes you happy".

George even performed a few miracles including managing last minute changes, finding the perfect paint color for my bathroom and finishing in 3 weeks! (He had estimated 4, and the other folks I contacted had estimated 6-8 weeks)

I love my "new" house and highly recommend George and Panorama!

Panorama Remodeling will be the only contractor we use from now on! George is a master project manager; his crew works hard & has good workmanship.

After receiving several quotes, we decided to go with Panorama Remodeling for our first renovation project. George came highly recommended by our friends & he stood out during the quote process as he was extremely communicative and helpful. We had a large unfinished basement that we wanted to finish with a bedroom, bathroom, wet bar, & 2 egress windows. There was some additional work added to our kitchen, pantry & laundry room too.

About 95% of the work was completed in just 4 weeks. The remining work was only delayed due to back ordered cabinets. During the 1-2 week wait, George communicated with us regularly and we never felt forgotten, and he came back as soon as the materials arrived with the full crew in order to wrap up the project. Once he starts your job, it is his main focus until the project is completed.

George is on site every day and is extremely hands on. He clearly loves what he does and treats his clients with a level of respect and kindness that you don’t normally hear about in this line of work. We had fears from hearing people’s renovation experiences and with two little kids and busy jobs we were nervous about delays. George reassured us that he would treat our home and family as his own.

Another worry was quick but shoddy workmanship, I am detailed oriented and since it was our first time working with him, I had my list after each day of work so that I wouldn’t forget to mention it. Turns out that wasn’t even necessary, by the end of the project George not only saw everything I did and had his crew fix it but was pickier than us about how certain things looked & surprised us by completing work even better than we could have imagined.

As an added bonus, everyone was so sweet to our kids and by the end the kids were sad to see them go. They loved giving them high fives and waves each morning. We can’t wait to have them all back for future projects.

Every review we read for Panorama Remodeling said that once you work with George, you’ll never want to hire another contractor. That turned out to be very true!

George came across as incredibly knowledgeable and thoroughly answered all of our questions when putting together the estimate. He connected us with a designer and she was absolutely wonderful. She spent over an hour helping us envision the perfect bathroom. She made helpful suggestions and thought of every last detail while working within our budget. George took care of ordering all the fixtures and supplies for us and ensured no parts were missing.

George and the crew arrived promptly each morning and were diligent about putting down tarps and covers over all our furniture. They were very respectful of our house and polite whenever we interacted with them. George was onsite for almost the entirety of the remodel and would discuss any major decisions with us before proceeding. The crew was thorough, efficient, and talented. We were amazed at how quickly and beautifully the bathroom came together and no shortcuts were taken. In particular, they did an outstanding job with the tilework. We had asked for a herringbone pattern at the top of the shower and a “rug” where multiple different tile types came together to look like a rug, which they executed perfectly.

George is definitely a perfectionist and made sure we were happy with the finished product. For instance, when the glass installer was planning to notch a small hole in the quartz to install the door frame, George brought the quartz installer back to make sure it was done in a way that would still look nice and clean.

We are so pleased with how this bathroom turned out and would highly recommend George and Panorama Remodeling to anyone who is looking for a remodel. They do it all! In fact, George and his crew ended up helping us with some other small projects around the house. We will definitely use them again for any future work we do.

Panorama Remodeling is phenomenal!!! They redid 3 bathrooms for us - total gut jobs - in less than a month and we are absolutely thrilled. George was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process, and we found his staff to be very courteous and respectful. They showed up on time/early every single day and did a very thorough cleaning job at the end of each day. I highly recommend Panorama to anyone needing work done and we’ll certainly be coming back to them for future jobs!

I cannot recommend George and Panorama Remodeling highly enough, they are truly best in class.

I have worked with a wide range of contractors over the years, from “high-end” firms that change-ordered me to death, to cost-effective independent contractors who ultimately proved unreliable and dishonest. George stands apart entirely. He is the only contractor I would trust with my home, and going forward Panorama will be the only company I use.

I am extremely particular, have very high standards, and am a perfectionist and George exceeded my expectations at every turn because he is exactly the same way. He notices everything. Details that most people would miss, George catches immediately and addresses without being asked. That level of care is rare.

Professionally, George is exceptionally responsive, knowledgeable, consistent, and prompt. He is hands-on in a way that is almost unheard of, he is on site, actively overseeing the work, ensuring quality and continuity throughout the project. That alone sets him apart from most contractors.

Just as importantly, on a personal level, George is genuinely a people person. He communicates clearly, listens carefully, and makes the entire process feel calm and well-managed. His crew reflects him perfectly, they are respectful of the fact that they are working in your home, pleasant to interact with, and highly skilled at their craft.

In an industry where trust can be hard to come by, George has earned mine completely. Panorama Remodeling delivers not only beautiful results, but peace of mind. I would recommend George and his team without hesitation to anyone looking for excellence.

Panorama Remodeling recently made repairs after the 100-foot tree fell and damaged the chimney (3 working fireplaces), roofing, siding, and gutters. They also put on a new roof om the shed. After the work was complete, you could not tell that there was any damage.
The owner runs a tight ship and ensures that his workers are professional, knowledgeable, courteous, on-time, and efficient. They have a good attitude, provide excellent customer service, and make sure they clean up the work area before leaving each day. Their quality control system is outstanding which includes double and triple checking the quality of the finished product. Owner takes pride in the work and his workers.

Last year, Panorama Remodeling were amazing! Work was outstanding; George and his staff were professional. My new porch looks better than the one he replaced. Clearly worth the wait to get the job done properly. We will use him for any future projects and will recommend him to my friends.

George was clearly knowledgeable and made suggestions on how to improve the structure and maintenance.

I have had the most amazing experience with Panorama Remodeling. I’ve attached photos of completed projects thus far. There is nothing this team can’t do- replaced my roof, renovated my kitchen, built an exterior side porch, stairs, and doorway for a private entry into the basement. They are almost finished with my dream bathroom, as well. George, the project manager, is so wonderful to work with- extremely communicative and an excellent problem solver. The whole team of men and women working are extremely talented and trustworthy. I never had to worry about babysitting the work or nagging about timelines or even clean up after a messy crew. I’m so happy that I came across this company- i’ll never go anywhere else!

We had a wonderful experience remodeling two bathrooms with George and his team. The renovation was completed quickly and on budget. The quality of the work was excellent. The team was professional and considerate, and George was responsive to all our questions throughout the process. We look forward to working Panorama again soon!
