Constraction reviews in Vienna, Virginia

Chris and his team did a great job finishing our basement. He brought good judgment as well as good quality workmanship to the job. As an example, the space he finished had a number of load-bearing pillars to work around, and we appreciated and followed his recommendations on where to frame up the walls to create appropriately sized rooms and useful spaces from what might not otherwise have been an intuitive layout. Chris also had good recommendations in terms of quality versus cost in the materials he used. It has been a few years since the project, and everything is still working well. We would definitely use him again for a home renovation project.

I highly recommend Christopher Ham and Stonegate Remodeling for any remodeling or construction project. Christopher and his team did an outstanding job on our home renovation, which included designing and building a new, enlarged kitchen, a new laundry room, a beautiful new stone patio, and a covered deck with a fan and heaters.

We found Christopher to be friendly, easy to work with, and highly responsive. He was respectful of our objectives and made sure to keep us updated at every stage of this multi-phased project. His open communication and willingness to listen to our needs were key to making the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Christopher's meticulous attention to detail was evident throughout the project. From the design phase to the selection of appliances, materials, and hardware, his expertise and experience showed. He also worked with a reliable, trustworthy team of subcontractors who shared his commitment to quality craftsmanship.

If you're looking for a contractor who delivers excellent work, manages projects effectively, and is dedicated to achieving high-quality results, Christopher Ham and Stonegate Remodeling are the perfect choice.

Chris is one of the best contractors in Northern Virginia, full stop. He is thorough, and knows his stuff as someone who has done it all himself with his own hands, so he has a high expectation which I can appreciate. As a contractor, their work has enhanced our reputation and has been a key factor in our success. We look forward to many more collaborative projects with Chris and Stonegate and are proud to give them this five-star review. Highly recommend!

Chris and his team are the kind of people for whom "good enough isn't good enough". Chris and his team, especially Anderson his project manager are not only great guys, they have incredible attention to detail and are always willing to go above and beyond. Chris did a full basement remodel, including a full bath the space looks fantastic! I highly recommend Stonegate Remodeling for any projects you might have.
