I had a small leak that ruined the hall carpet in my rental unit. The carpet could not be saved.
Water Damage DMV was quick to respond and worked quickly. They were very professional and worked fast. I'm glad they work with my insurance directly.

Highly recommend this company for damage mitigation. Called two other 5 star companies for water damage after a heavy rain to two rooms in the basement and Water Damage DMV was the only one responding immediately. It took 48 hours for the other 2 companies to call back. Cost very reasonable which our insurance adjustor commented on unlike a few other cases with other companies they were dealing with. Unfortunately our insurance did not cover the damage.
We needed drywall and carpet removal, mold control, and the rooms to be dried out. The company even came back out to re-dry one of the rooms after a 2nd heavy rainfall. We also contracted with
Water Damage DMV to re-drywall and paint one of the rooms at a very reasonable cost. This company is very responsive to concerns; they provide follow-up for any new mold growth, are very flexible with our schedule, friendly, easy to work with, and no hidden add-ons after work is completed. This company is truly a 5 star company, would give them 6 stars if I could.

Carlos Escobar and his team came in and saved the day on some real life super hero business, following a hemorrhage of water flooding the basement of the building which our academy occupies due to a fire alarm sprinkler system going off on the second floor over the weekend.
Carlos evaluated the damage and put a plan together to address the issues quickly. He coordinated with the drywall and paint teams who all performed in an highly efficient and organized manner. They took great care in removing the damage and left everything neat and tidy each day when they left. Everyone I came into contact with was professional and polite. All of my questions were answered throughout the entire process, which helped ease my concerns during this stressful and unfamiliar process. I was apprised of everything form the beginning to the conclusion of the project.

We had a pipe leak in our kitchen. Sam show up with his team, they had to remove some cabinets to dry out the wall behind and they were very careful so they were able to repair damage and reinstall everything later. I really appreciated that although insurance was very slow (10 weeks!) in paying, he kept saying it wasn't my fault and would come thru which it did. Water Damage DMV are life savers! I had an awful dishwasher leak that damaged the floors and cabinets next to the dishwasher. Carlos and his crew were amazing! They were able to come sooner than I expected. They were very nice and helped walk us through the whole process. They were also able to take out the granite countertop in one piece. (Phew!!) so happy will definitely use them again!
