We had a wonderful experience with Carlos from Water Damage DMV. We had a water leakage accident in our condo and had to go through home insurance, which we had no idea what we were doing. Carlos was beyond helpful and very knowledgeable throughout the whole process. He was very attentive and answered all our questions from the start; which we appreciated! Carlos definitely gets the job done with great customer service.

We recently had a water heater burst in the unit above us, flooding our organization over a weekend. I made it clear from the start that we only had a 10 day window for demolition and repairs and the company sprung into action, completing it in 9 days. As a former hotelier, I have dealt with many companies that do this work and I’ve never seen a harder working, more competent group of men. Carlos did the demolition with precision and Jayme and his crew replaced and painted with the same professionalism. They returned the proper as good as new on time. They were a pleasure to deal with. 6 stars ⭐️

I recently had a pipe in a bathroom flood that bathroom and the adjoining bedroom. I called Water Damage DMV and they came to the rescue right away. Carlos Escobar immediately got to work and did a great job removing the soaked heavy carpet, opened walls where necessary and set up the dehumidifier and fans. He came back over the next three days to check on progress. Throughout the process he kindly reassured me and informed me of what was being done and what was next. Our basement flooded at 4 in the morning. We called Water Damage DMV, and they were out within a couple of hours. They were not the first company we called, but after not hearing back from the first company when they said they would call, we looked elsewhere. The owner of Water Damage DMV personally answered the phone early in the morning. This impressed my husband. Carlos came out and did a fantastic job getting our basement cleaned up. He made sure everything was checked out and all areas taken care of. He was always punctual, professional and communicated with us daily. The most impressive thing he did in my opinion was when everything was done and dried up, he made sure the basement was cleaned up and straightened up. This even though the next crew in would just mess up everything again. Professionalism to the highest degree. We have been very impressed with the service of this company.

We used Flood Doctor to dry our basement. They responded very quickly and professionally and helped us avoid any long-term damage. Hope to never have this situation happen again, but if it does, we're calling Flood Doctor!

We had a dishwasher overflow last month. The water leaked into our basement and into the adjacent rooms. We used flood doctor for the water damage mitigation and later for the repair work. They removed all the wet drywall, carpeting and hardwood floors. Installed fans and dehumidifiers to dry everything. After about a week they came back and replaced everything that was removed previously.

The project manager that we dealt with, Pasha, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when it came time to deal with the insurance company. He took the time to review our policy without and gave us a folder with all the pictures and documents that the insurance company needed to reimburse us for the damages.

The team at Flood Doctor turned a stressful situation into a breeze. Their expertise in mold damage restoration is unmatched. Highly recommend!

Frank, thanks for your public response, but I reached out multiple times via email and phone BEFORE any COVID 19 restrictions were put in place with ZERO response. It is disheartening that you would use the pandemic to try and cover up poor customer service.

After successfully completing the mold remediation, Marcus arranged for a contractor, Pasha, to come out and do an estimate for the restoration portion of the project. We have not heard from either Marcus or Pasha in weeks despite repeated emails and calls.

Marcus was our main contact and was extremely responses and answered all of our (many!) questions in a professional and timely manner. This made a very stressful situation much more bearable! Highly recommend Marcus, Flood Doctor and the contractors who did the mold remediation work!

Just had a basement flooding situation on 15 May, 2018 and called these guys at 1 AM at night. Frank picks up right away and is extremely helpful and reassuring. The next day at 9 AM the guys show up with thermal cameras to help us assess the damage. Free assessment - but more importantly, gave a very honest assessment that their help was not needed in our situation since they said we have the situation under control. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, not looking to upsell!!! I would call them anytime.

Pasha and crew were amazing. Explained everything they did Andy why they were doing it. Removed water treated for the possibility of mold and treated for microbes. My family with strong allergies never had an allergic reaction or saw any mold. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I don’t usually write reviews about service companies because it’s usually always a headache.
I called our insurance for flood damage in my basement due to a foundation issue. Farmers referred us To flood doctor. They broke down the whole process from a-z. Frank was more than assuring and relieved me from all the stress. I couldn’t reccomend a better crew. We’re glad to have had Frank and crew on our side.

Very prompt response to a non-urgent service request. Based on what we’re experiencing, we need a different specialist to help us, but Flood Doctor helpfully provided their expertise and advice about next steps.
