I have rental properties and I used to use him all the time. The last few problems I have had he has gone there and only 1/2 fixed anything. I have had to call back and he somewhat diagnoses the problem over the phone and wanted to charge me again for coming out fix the original problem. In the end, I have had to have someone else come out to fix it for less. I really felt I wasted hundreds of dollars using him. Not sure I can recommend to anyone. Still in the process of finding a consistent reliable appliance person:(

Tried to use them twice. First time onsite within 5 minutes, your stuffs broke, can't fix, move on. Figured that was a possibility. Second time=SAME RESULT Both times it was a washing machine, this past time the machine was only 2yrs old. No tools, no due diligence, just oh it's beyond fixing. I don't buy cheap equipment, I buy nice, well known products. They are a scam business that takes your diagnostic fee and then leaves. As someone else mentioned, I was quoted a price to have it looked at it and charged a different amount onsite. SCAM BUSINESS

I'd give 0 stars if i could. Jose showed up 1.5 hrs late to install a new dishwasher. He was VERY unprofessional and not knowledgeable about installing dishwashers. First, he began to work on our dishwasher before turning the water or power off. He then tells us to cut the breaker and the water only after we acquired about it. We cut the hot water in addition to the electricity. He then went back into our kitchen to ensure the water indeed was turned off. The cold water was not/ could not be turned off. Even after him "cutting" the main water supply, cold water was still coming out the faucet. He then told us he could not install the dishwasher with the cold water coming out the faucet. He then tells us to leave the faucet running while he goes off to do two other jobs!! Literally, he wanted us to leave our water running while he went off to assist other customers!!! He was in such a rush to leave. Guess he had a hot date...it is Friday night after-all. Said he would leave a ticket stating we needed a plumber because he wasn't one. Repeated this several times..."I'm not a plumber". Why send a guy out to install a dishwasher that deals with plumbing...if said guy knows nothing about plumbing? Behold...he didn't leave a ticket. Guess he didn't want to leave any trace. Just left our home without saying anything else even though we asked him to hold on while we got in touch with our homeowner warranty company. He was in our home for about 20 mins...it would have taken him longer to install the dishwasher!!! He left our home a mess. Water all over the floor, under the dishwasher, etc. Once we were able to turn the water back on...we saw what he had managed to do in the 20 mins he was in our home. He didn't even have the professional decency to tighten back the nuts and bolts he had loosened. Water was spraying everywhere. He also managed to do something to the valves under our sink, and now they leak. Never had this problem before (leaking). Now we have several. We called Jose to come back and remedy this immediately after we realized he just walked out our door. Call went straight to voicemail. We called the company, it rang and went to voicemail. We did this several times. I am amazed at the indecency, and unprofessional conduct of The Repair Guy. Avoid this company. If this is how they treat their customers, I wonder how they treat strangers. How do they get customers if they have incompetent workmen on their payroll?

Extremely unprofessional. Set up an appointment, after he did not show up between the times he provided, I called him and he said he forgot and said he could come in the following week. When I asked him if he had something earlier, he then says "you know, I've decided not to work on your brand of appliances anymore because they give me a headache". I've taken time off from my work for this repair guy to simply no show and no call. Based on similar and even worse reviews below, I'm better off not having him as my repair guy.

I don’t know how this man has ever gotten a bad review ... he was a dream. I called him mid day in Saturday because my tenant called to tell us the washer was leaking. They are he front loaders that are about 6-7 year old. I was literally on the way to buy a new one for the tenant when he called back. He worked later than normal to make sure he got there the same day - he quickly diagnosed the problem , and also gave me and my tenant great advice on how to extend the life of the washer and dryer. He was professional and curtious. it turned out it was not an appliance issue , but a plumbing issue , and even reccomended a plumber that also promptly came the next day. If he didn’t come, I would of bought a new washer to only have the same problem. I will use Marcelo for any appliance repair needs in the future , and I highly reccomend him.

Marcello was on time, communicative, and very friendly! He did a great job repairing my garbage disposal and helped me understand what was fixed, how to maintain going forward, etc. I'm very satisfied with our service.
