Michael and his team did an awesome job installing subflooring and vanities in 2 bathrooms. They paid particular detail to all aspects of the installation. They were professional, respectful and prompt. Will definitely use them again as well highly recommend them!

After having a few contractors disappear, I finally found Curtis Construction! They showed up when they said they would, they communicated throughout the project and I truly felt like they took pride in their work. They got my laundry room built-in area completed quickly. It looks amazing!

Michael and his team are awesome! He’s reasonable and reliable! Communication is great! We used him for several projects to include new boards for our deck and a kitchen reno.

A friend referred me to Michael and he responded very quickly to my inquiry. He did a great job working around my schedule and he and his team did a wonderful job building floor to ceiling shelving in my garage and a counter over my washer and dryer. Very timely and courteous.

I was in the process of selling my home and the home inspector came across some issues with high moisture readings in my front wall. Michael Curtis came out to assess and quickly got me on his schedule. Very happy with their work, communication and reasonable cost. I highly recommend them!

I hired Michael Curtis Construction and his crew after getting several (4) estimates for a back deck tear out and redo. Michael was very prompt coming out to give an estimate and at that time I mentioned a preferred completion date to accommodate some summer plans. He was most helpful and very patient while I was researching and selecting the composite options, colors, budget, etc.
Once demo started, I had the same two gentlemen from start to finish working on the deck, a father-son duo, daily performing quality workmanship and a work ethic that is very hard to find these days. They were always polite, respectful and cleaned up the workspace each afternoon.
Communication with Michael throughout the project was always timely, very responsive and he seemed to communicate just as well with the deck crew. He met my completion date request and the new deck exceeded my expectations. I am very pleased and definitely would recommend and hire them again in the future.

Curtis Construction did an amazing job on my beautiful tile floors! Jake and Sean were incredibly professional and detail oriented the entire time. They laid 700 sqft of porcelain tile seamlessly so I can barely even see the grout lines. Not only did they do a great job with the work but they also cleaned up after themselves and left the house just as they found it. (With new floors 😍) I plan on using them again for all my home projects in the future! Thank you for the excellent work and getting it done so fast.

Michael was very friendly and professional. He treated my father and I with honesty and respect. The craftsmanship of his deck work is excellent. He removed the top of our existing deck, confirming that the structural boards underneath were in good shape. He designed a new look that maintained the spirit of our original deck, while incorporating new design that made better use of deck space and enhanced safety. He has great communication - returned calls promptly and kept is abreast of progress. Thank you Michael for our beautiful new deck. Highly recommend.

Michael kept us up to date with all aspects of work which included fitting Velux windows in FROG and redecorating in full. The room has been transformed from a dingy, dark “attic” room to a light fresh comfortable guest room. Thank you Michael and your team of professionals.

Had an awesome experience working with Curtis Construction. They installed LVP flooring, completed a full bathroom remodel, installed new carpet and baseboards, built a shed, and remodeled our garage. Larry was our electrician and removed four ceiling light fixtures as well as wired and replaced four more. We hired Virgina Coast Contracting Services to remodel our bathroom, kitchen and to paint the outside of our home. We can not say enough great things about this company. They did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Rick Dosier is a class act. If you have dealt with contractors in the past you may have had a bad experience. Delays, work performed, etc. Not with Rick. When Rick came out the first evening that we met he walked through the house with us and provided a quote the very next day of the work that I needed done. We talked about a two week timeframe and it hit the mark right on time. Anything that I needed done additionally or any touchup that needed to be performed he had his men right back out and completed promptly. Which by the way was very minimal as they did it right the first time. If you need someone to do professional work on the inside or outside of your house don’t hesitate to call Rick. He will get it done. By the way I’d like to add that the workers that came out to do the work were very polite they always ask is there anything else we can do for you.

This contracting company is awesome. The work that was completed was amazing. The cost reasonable and fair. Owner came personally and looked at job to see what I
needed done and sent a professional team. The team was on time. Professional and did a marvelous job with clean up. This is and will be my go to contractor

I found out about them through a realtor. If you're purchasing a property and need work done, this is a one stop shop for a variety of things to do on a home. I had gutters done recently and was impressed because the guy put gutters and downspouts on the whole house so quickly.

They are doing work 2 houses down from me and have debris and trash flying 5 houses over. Debris hitting cars, getting stuck in gutters, getting stuck on other people’s roofs. Whoever I called to complain was extremely unprofessional. If you can’t do a job right don’t do it. If you knew it was going to be windy today you should have l rescheduled. Seeing how they treat everyone around them I can only imagine how poorly they are installing that roof. As you can see from the response the “owner” of the company left they are “super professional”. And again I have trash in my yard today. Unfortunately I’m not surprised.

Referred to virginia coast by my realtor. Hired them for new roof, tightened up my ductwork remodel bathroom with tile and my kitchen with new cabinets and counter and fixed my structural issues from termite damage fixed all my sunken floors upgraded all the lights and fans and painted top to bottom Inside and out. Great work clean and professional. Highly recommend.. 10 stars.

I really want to give a big shout out to Salul, Melissa, and Will who came out to my home and did an excellent job. Salul and Melissa did a great job painting my exterior of the front of my home and remodeling my downstairs bathroom. It looks so good, and we finally have our bathroom back. Will thanks for coming over to fix the flooring in the bathroom. You were very professional and did a great job. Raheem thank you for always keeping me posted on what was going on and when everyone was showing up. You kept me calm and it was definitely a great experience. And one last thing, Rick give Salul and Melissa a raise, lol.
