Since Talent took on customers of Ewell, we have had the privilege of having Nich as our technician for our yearly inspections. Nich is very thorough, polite, understandable, and a kind and great worker. Recently at our last inspection he found some work that needed to be updated. He laid it all out for us in an email, explaining what needed to be taken care of and how it would be completed. The work was all under the house. The crew came and replaced the vapor barrier, installed a sump pump and replaced a vent cover screen. The job was done professionally and the crew worked to get it all completed!

We used Talent for a rodent problem at our house and they were super informative and helpful in solving this issue. Nicholas performed a very thorough inspection of the house top to bottom, then walked me through the house to show all the potential points of entry and how we can work to solve the problem. Once we finished our walk through he went over a full report with photos of exterior and crawlspace issues. It was a super helpful inspection that taught me a lot about how rodents get into homes and what can be done to prevent it. The technicians did a great job sealing all the points of entry in the crawlspace and inside. Since the work was completed in 11/24, we’ve not seen any rodent activity. All in all, we had a great experience with Talent and would highly recommend using them!
