Ralph and Shannon are awesome! Ralph fixed up my backyard and it looks great. I had flooding issues from a neighbor's pool. He put in dirt/sand and graded the yard. He was very professional and was there when he said he would be. Very responsive to texts and phone calls. I would highly recommend them! I wish more companies were like theirs.

I recently hired Ralph and his crew to install a wood fence on my property, and I am extremely disappointed with their work. The fence build quality was subpar, and it has already started to show signs of wear and tear after only a few months.
Firstly, the pickets were not properly secured, and several are already loose as the staples are backing out. Additionally, the hardware used is cheap and flimsy, making the fence look terrible. Furthermore, the fence is not level and the posts are leaning/loose in several places. The gate is also poorly constructed as it is warped from all the tension wires he installed and does not hang straight at all.
In his defense, he did come out twice to try and fix the fence to make it right. Unfortunately, as he continued to deflect and make excuses, it became clear that he just did not know how to fix the problems.
I have never felt compelled to write a negative review on a company, but the amount of money that was spent and the quality of work that was done is unacceptable. I think he means well and genuinely tried to fix the problems but I was extremely disappointed with the quality of services provided. I would not recommend Ralph to anyone looking for a quality fence installation or anything that involves attention to detail for that matter. Save yourself the hassle and look for a reputable and experienced fence contractor who can deliver a high-quality fence build.

These guys are very professional and so nice to deal with. We had two very large and old maple trees that both needed taken out. They came in and got right to work. They had to bring in a lot of heavy machinery, but they got it all done really fast and it looks amazing :). I would recommend them to anyone needing any type of outdoor work, if it’s trees to be removed or drainage or foundation work. We also had a huge hole in our foundation slab they found it and repaired it and also redirected the water flow away from our foundation 👍. If I could leave a 20 star ⭐️ review this company definitely deserves it !!!!

R & S Outdoors responded very quickly to my inquiry about a tree we needed down. He was very professional and a great price. In less than 24hr he returned with his equipment and had the tree down. They hauled off all the tree and I was more than happy with the work they did. 10/10 I highly recommend.

R&S Outdoors did an excellent job clearing and grading. They also did what seemed impossible by removing vines that had taken over. Ralph and his sons are very professional and his wife does a great job communicating. They also installed a French drain that was much needed. I am very pleased with thier work and will be calling them for future projects.

I saw R and S Outdoors doing work down the street. I asked the owner Ralph to come by and give me a price for cutting trees. I signed the contract. It is a family company. They do great work and work hard even in the hottest days. They care about the customer and go beyond what they say. I would recommend them to anybody

I had a tree fall due to severe winds. I had 2 estimates, both extremely high. My son gave me Ralph’s number and he was much more reasonable. He and his team did an amazing job and their clean up was great! I will definitely refer my friends and neighbors to him.

R & S Outdoors did a great job preparing the site and planting our new tree. This might have been a DIY job but the roots from a previous pine tree on the site were too large and too extensive for us to handle on our own. Ralph and Shannon, the owners, were so easy to work with. Our tree looks great and will thrive at its new home. Thanks for a great experience!

I contacted Ralph about removing a dead tree in my front yard. While talking I also asked about a gravel driveway. I wanted it put down on the other side of the house to pull our utility trailer behind the fence.
I was pleased when he said he could do both. His price was very reasonable. They were very perfessional and keep me up to date if there was going to be a change in the schedule. I am very pleased with the job they did for me. I would highly recommend them and definitely use them again if I need more work done. Thanks Again for a Great job.

Had a conversation with Ralph, the owner, regarding future plans for tree and branch removal. He offered his advice and an estimate without pressure, in a professional manner.

My house was literally sinking due to rain puddling all around the foundation. This last summer had so much rain, I was so stressed out. I had seamless gutters put in and a drain from under the house into the yard in a rather pricy attempt to fix it.
When Ralph came, he pointed out that neither of them were draining properly due to the slope of the land, thus meaning that the gutters and the pump couldn't preform to the highest standards. He thought about it for a little and ran some options by. We decided his crew would dig to the footers of the home, waterproof them, grade the land all the way around the house, extend the pump drain from the middle of the yard to a couple of feet before the street, rerouted my entire gutter system, dug several dry wells, installed pop ups, power seeded, did a complimentary rooster removal service AND cleaned up after themselves on the way out. The project was pushed back several times due to the weather and no fault of the contractor which was fine by me. I thought the most important part about that was that the communication until the project was completed as well after the fact has been top tier the ENTIRE time. When work began, it was quick and efficient. The entire project was completed within 3 days. The next day it rained like crazy, and I could physically see a huge difference. These people are only a call or a text away and always answer or get back insanely fast. They are pleasant to work with, professional - but with a sense of humor and stand by their work. I highly recommend R&S outdoors to anyone considering. For the scape of the work and the manpower behind it, it was certainly the best bang for the buck. I will contact them in the future for any drainage issues and if you have them, you should too; you won't regret it!!!

R&S regraded my yard in the late Fall but the new grass did not come in very good this Spring. So, they recently came out again, did some minor grading, and reseeded the yard. All at no additional cost! The lawn is coming in nicely now and I am truly grateful for the conscientious work they have done and for standing behind their commitments.

We found R and S Outdoors on our Nextdoor App and we’re sure glad we did! After Ralph came to see what work we wanted, Shannon made frequent calls to keep us updated in advance on when the work would be done and if rain delayed the work she called to reschedule. Ralph and his crew showed up on time and worked hard to complete our work as scheduled. His goal was to do the work to our satisfaction and he certainly did that! We had dead trees removed, trees shaped up, walking trails cut through our woods, mulch on the trails, dirt applied to low spots, a bridge built over a drainage ditch, a bulkhead type support to prevent erosion of ditch banks as well as clean out and mulching of our whole front yard landscaping. All of this was done for a reasonable price and we’re thrilled with the results. We highly recommend this business!

Highly recommended! If you need work done to your yard, Ralph is your guy! LOCAL family owned business. Kept me informed during the entire process. I have a narrow lot and needed a tree line full of gumball trees removed that were near the house. He cut down the trees and shaped the remaining ligustrum to still provide a privacy barrier between my property and my neighbors. Excellent pricing! He’s not out to to rip anyone off and cleans the area well after the job is completed. This I my second time calling R&S for a job and it will not be my last.

Ralph and his team were safe, engaging and kept both myself and neighbor apprised every step of the way from scheduling, access, progress and post job landscaping. Amazing group! Ralph and his boys had a big job after a large pine came down in a recent storm. Very thankful he was able to fit us into the schedule! We will have them back for some drainage ditch work.

Had their services at two properties of ours near the oceanfront and everything was done quickly and efficiently. We also got a great price for the job and were happy they could do it so soon. The crew was professional and we were extremely happy with the end result.
