I reached out to Trident because the solar company who installed my panels went out of business. They hadn’t set us up with SolarEdge or any other account registration. Trident came out and updated the firmware and is getting us online. I look forward to using them for all our maintenance from now on.

Matt from Trident Solar arrived promptly and spent several hours troubleshooting my system (installed by someone else).
He then returned as scheduled with parts, performed repair and gave me a better understanding of what I should see on my meter so I know it’s working. Very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable.
I’d highly recommend him and Trident Solar to anyone considering solar power.

Trident solar is amazing, they were affordably priced, very quick to fix any issues, and even had another electrician company cause some issues, and they came out and did the repairs for free. Ben Saidi was especially amazing and very helpful in getting it set up and diagnosing and fixing any problems, he had his master electrician license in 16 states, so you can be absolutely guaranteed to know that they know exactly what they're doing.

Trident Solar came out to my home residence on a service call for my solar panels that hadn’t been collecting solar data for 3 months. In just 3 hours they completed removed all 27 solar panels, ran diagnostics on them and reinstalled them. The end result was my solar panels are now working! The crew led by Ben are outstanding! Professional and educated me to even get more solar data collection from my solar panels (3 more hours each day) by just removing some tree branches by my house. I can’t say enough great things about this Trident Solar crew! Highly recommended!

We are super happy with the services Matt/ Trident Solar has provided us. From the very beginning, Matt was responsive and easy to reach. He always picked up the phone when we called, and if he was busy, he made sure to get back to us quickly. No question ever felt too big or too small, and he took the time to explain everything clearly.

We hired Trident Solar earlier in the summer to install a system for us. However, we also needed a new roof. Trident arranged everything and made the entire process a smooth experience. The roofing was done one day, and the solar installation was done another day with minimal disruption. Matt and his staff were fantastic - not just with the quality of the work, but also with incredibly responsive customer service. The whole solar process was quick and easy. My buddy Harry went with them over the summer, recommended Dana and he came out and he explained everything clearly, they handled everything then came out a few weeks later and the install is looking mighty fine.
