You hear a lot of concerning stories about the solar industry and how some companies operate. I can assure you that Trident Solar was first-class from start to finish. It began with a no-pressure sales team whose goal was to educate and answer questions—they were incredibly transparent. They walked me through the entire process and presented all options at an excellent price. Installation could not have gone better. After a minor hiccup with our town during inspection, the owner personally got involved, communicated with both me and the town, and resolved the issue quickly. I highly recommend Trident for the quality of their work and products and the professional way they operate.

I would like to give a shout out to the Trident Solar crew Matt , Dana , and the entire insulation crew for a wonderful job they did they had to stay couple days extra because of the weather but they got it done and so far so good. If you’re looking to get solar give Matt or Dana a call let them give you a presentation of what they have to offer and how it would help your home. It only takes 30min to listen and again thx guys I no if I have a question about something Matt or Dana just phone call away.

Hands down a phenomenal experience! The only hold ups were by me when communicating! Neil was a consummate professional and very informative from the initial knock on the door. He was also very personable and patient with any questions we had. The process was quick, easy, and without any hurdles. They made sure to help us navigate things such as getting our roof and electrical ready for the panels. The installers and everyone who worked on getting the house ready were absolutely wonderful. Multiple neighbors expressed how impressed they were with how quickly and well done everything was(us too!).We are so excited and happy for this opportunity to jump into solar. We couldn't be more pleased with the whole process!

I felt that I could trust them to deliver what they promised. That trust wasn't misplaced as they exceeded my expectations. It was the best decision that I made for my solar project.

We highly, highly recommend Joe for any and all of your electrical needs! He is extremely professional and very personable. He is patient and will even offer great suggestions for style and aesthetic. We recently did a major home remodel project and out of all the contractors for this job (ie General contractor, plumber, dry wall, framers, countertop people, hardwood guys..(there were many!) - Joe was by far our absolute favorite!!! He is so prompt with communication and even came on a Friday night last minute (months later after our major renovation job was complete) to assist us with installing a ceiling fan. Without question, I plan to use him again for all of our future electrical home projects on the list. We even have his contact info & business card saved in our phone because we eagerly refer him to any one we can - That is how pleased we are with his work!! 5 stars!!!!!

Joe was absolutely wonderful! Showed up when he said he'd be there - which is unusual for so many service providers. Was very polite and personable and completed the work in an efficient manner, even though he had to leave to pick up a piece we didn't know we would need, so we hadn't purchased. I'd highly recommend this company for your electrical needs.
