Mr. Davis was quick to diagnose the problem with my electrical switches, he offered a variety of solutions, he listened to my preferences, and then repaired and replaced the switches. Now the lights in my kitchen and dining room work great and I have a new dimmer switch which is much easier to use. Thank you! If I need an electrician I will use Mister Sparky again.

Jim was on time, friendly and excellent with meeting my needs for outdoor lighting as well as security cameras and doorbell. I will be calling Mr. Sparky for any additional installation or repairs. So happy Nick was able ti answer all my questions and set me up promptly, no waiting for weeks and very professional in answering my questions before I decided to hire them. Nick and Todd came over to assess the issue with the burning smell that was coming from my electrical panel. They came over quickly too and I appreciated that. Once they came they were pretty quick to find that one of my breakers was the culprit. They replaced that breaker along with another breaker that had been affected adjacent to the first one. They did always explain what they found and what they were doing to correct the issue.

The smell is still lingering but I’m sure this smell will dissipate over time due to their fix. Thank you again for your quick response!

Called because I had a circuit issue with one of the breakers in my house. Called another company before these guys and got stuck talking to an AI the whole time which said the first available wouldn't be for at least 4 days. I then called Mister Sparky and got on the phone with a real person and they had a technician available who arrived within an hour. Jim the Handyman showed up and was fantastic the entire time, he even took the time out to teach me a few things so if I run into any other problems I could fix them myself. Jim was able to fix my issue within an hour and couldn't recommend him personally as a handyman for any issues you may have.

Todd and Nick showed up to our house we had some outlets that weren’t getting power and they were amazing, they explained everything to us and even showed us what was wrong, got everything back up and running in no time and they were really nice people, they were even playing with our dogs. Cool people, great service, and the price was very reasonable as well.
ALSO they covered their shoes when they came in too which was GREAT because i had just cleaned the house

Lost power in a portion of my home. Checked fuse box and didn’t see much wrong. Called Mr. Sparky (after 7:00 PM) and spoke to Nick who made a suggestion. Power was restored! Not only did he stay on the phone while I followed his instructions but also educated me on why I probably lost power in the first place. Really appreciate the time he took with me, the help and charged me nothing! He will be my electrician in the future…trust in businesses is hard to find these days as so many think only of profit. Thank you Nick! 😍

Listen… when I say this electrician came through like a real one, I mean that! I called the same day about putting together and hanging a chandelier I ordered from Amazon, and he pulled up ready to work and got it done that SAME day with no issues.
He took his time putting it together the right way and made sure it was hung safely and looked perfect. The price was fair. On top of that, he was professional the whole time. Just good energy all around.

I placed a call to Mister Sparky around 6:30pm as a result of loss of power to half of our home and within an hour or so Tyson arrived to our home ready to work! Tyson was able to pinpoint the culprit and successfully resolve the issue in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you so much Tyson! Special shout out to Nick. We had a great experience with Mister Sparky when they replaced our meter box. They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the work of meter replacement efficiently. Their pricing was honest and reasonable, especially compared to other estimates we received that seemed to take advantage of the situation. It was refreshing to work with someone trustworthy and skilled, we’re very happy with the results.

Todd Davis from Mr Sparky and 2 other employees promptly arrived at our location. We cant stress enough the professionalism, friendliness and due diligence shown throughout are issues with our electrical needs. Very respectful, clean, and went above and beyond on all counts.

Update: The team was back today Feb 9... everything was rechecked after Dominion had finished their end...

We had two exhaust fans replace in bathrooms. Tony did an outstanding job! Very meticulous and clean. Áreas worked on look like no work was performed, really clean, greatly appreciated.

Let me tell you about Tony! We were already a bit irritated that we had to have a 2nd city inspection due to a prior employee with Mr. Electric not properly completing the replacement of our breaker box. Not a huge issue, just an inconvenience as I work from home and am very busy. I opened my door today and there was Tony with a smile on his face! He and the city inspector were able to resolve on their end within minutes! Tony was very professional and asked if while he was at our home if we had any other work needing done. He walked around with me and I showed him a few issues we needed addressed. He had an estimate worked up in less than 10 minutes and promptly emailed it over. I let him know I would need to speak with my husband before committing to repair and I LOVE that he did not push me just to make a sale. That is the worst!! If I'm ready, I'll tell you! We then chatted for a few minutes and had a delightful conversation and joked with me about us wanting to put in securitycams so my son cant sneak in his girlfriend!!!! 😊 All in all, very pleased with Tony's courtesy and professionalism as well as letting me see his human side thru our conversation together. We look forward to working with Mr. Electric again and especially with Tony. We were strangers before today, and im always trepdacious about a repair person coming over when my husband isnt home. Technician Tommy was very knowledgeable and professional. Also he was very personable and communicated very well the electrical issues I had. He fix the problems I needed in a timely manner.

After scheduling an appointment online to resolve an preexisting condition, Tommy arrived on time, proceeded to identify the problem and fixed it in a very timely fashion. he was very professional, personable and respectful. He solved the problem within an hour. I was very happy with the service he provided and will not hesitate to call this company again. If I could give more than 5 stars for his service - I would give him a 10.

Stated estimates were free but when tech arrived they had to do a diagnostic ($278) before giving an estimate on the actual work that needed done. Got the diagnostic and estimate, it was roughly 30 percent higher than other estimates I had received. Tech was friendly and patient.
