This place is fantastic! Jasper showed up on time and cleaned up before he left. He had to come out twice because we added more work when he was here the first time and had to wait for delivery of a new ceiling fan. Jasper was courteous, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend Mr. Electric!

Outstanding work on the installation of my car charger and surge protector. Breon was extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous and patient with full explanations for each of my one million questions! I am thoroughly satisfied with this install. Highly recommended!!

Okay this company turns out the best of the best humans I’ve ever known. We were sold on Tony’ and then we meant Tommy. We won’t ever have to look further. Tommy found it and fixed it while befriending my dog. He a good guy and I highly recommend him and his team. Thank guys

Tony was wonderful! He was very thorough with his diagnosis and walked us through ways to fix it. He was able to answer all of my questions and he was great with my pup observing him. Very polite and professional.

Tony was our technician and he was AWESOME!!! All around knowledgeable and was very thorough in finding the issue(s) and coming up with a plan of action to fix it. Zach was warm and friendly. After I showed him the areas of concern, he explained in layman's terms what my electrical issues were. He was very thorough in what he needed to do. He thoroughly explained the different plans and gave me documents which explained the loan options if needed. He was kind and patient towards me and my mom who lives in the home. I'm glad he was the tech who came to Chesapeake. I'm sure there is plenty of need in this part of Chesapeake.

Tommy was very professional in the work that he did and was very fast at finding the problem and got everything taken care of for us. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HAVING HIM DO YOUR WORK. Was told it would be be around 3-6 pm arrival and he was here before 3pm. We will always go to this great company for all of our needs that we need taken care of. This is the second time we have used them.

We had an amazing experience with Mr. Electrical. Our technician, Jacob went above and beyond for us. He was incredibly kind, patient, and truly cared about making sure everything was safe and working properly. He stayed at our home until almost 9 PM just to finish the job and help get our power restored the same night.

We are so grateful for his professionalism, his honesty, and how helpful he was through the entire process.

I'm amazed by the service this company provides. From the online booking process to the financing, everything about my experience with Mr. Electric has been an absolute breeze. Jacob did a great job. He fixed my initial problem the same day and we scheduled an appointment to replace my outdoor panel next Saturday. He seemed very concerned with my situation. He went above and beyond. Edit: I've come back 2 weeks later to mention Jacob again. This man braved below freezing temps to replace our electrical panel. An all day job. He's just great! This man is a treasure and we must protect him at all costs. Promote him!

1st I want to say how grateful I am to all of you from the very beginning of this process it was 5 star professional.As someone that works in customer service I can truly say it was top notch from scheduling to Jacob coming over doing the work. Now let’s talk about Jacob what a professional from the start he was courteous professional even took a moment to pet my dog who loves people . He walked me through all the issues he found , what needed to be done things that needed upgrading and replacing. Once he came back to fix and replace the breaker it was nothing but meticulous work from start to finish.engaged with me from the start of the process to the end of the process. He explained how the surge protector worked the grounding everything. A constant professional. If I could give 10 I would so I will just multiply the 5 starts by 2

Tony has been amazing both times he was here. I had him back to check on some flickering lights after the first visit. He checked everything and explained everything as well as showed me his findings. He is very friendly and personable and I also appreciated that he put shoe covers on when coming in and took them off when he went back outside multiple times. I feel confident that everything is safe and working well after him leaving.

Initially called Mr. Electric to inquire about my outlets inside my house, more for safety and the integrity of the outlets. My electrician was Zack- amazing! He is very knowledgeable in his job and it shows. Conducted a safety check and found some discrepancies I should address. What I liked about his service is his willingness to explain the “why” behind the importance of getting it addressed , which was very helpful and beneficial to me and aided in my decision making on if a project required my immediate attention or I could hold off on. During the financial part, very informative and I never felt rushed to make a decision. I appreciated his honesty about things we were looking at and his professional assessment. My biggest priority is to make sure my house is safe especially with things I don’t see or use everyday and it’s very apparent with his level of knowledge and honest assessments that is his priority too. 10/10 recommend Zack for any electrical project you need! Great customer service.

Good, easy experience. They were able to schedule someone to come the next day. The electrician who came, Jacob, was incredibly pleasant to deal with. Showed up right when he said he would, very straightforward in assessing the situation and getting to it and knocking it out. The price seemed totally reasonable, but I'm not expert, and I was very happy with how quickly the job was completed. Would be my first call for future needs.

I had a major issue with my power. Half my power was out in my home. Mr Electric quickly returned my call and set up an appointment for the same day. My electrician was Jasper he checked everything thoroughly and found the problem It was an issue with my power co. Jasper was so professional and knowledgeable. His genuine concern for my family safety was so comforting. My electrical panel had to be replaced along with the outside meter and Jasper took care of it all today. He showed up first thing this morning and worked all day to make sure that we were not without power for too long . I will be calling on Mr Electric again for more updates on my home . I will definitely be recommending Jasper with Mr. electric to family and friends

I’m extremely happy with my EV charger install. Jasper, the technician that did my install was super nice and knowledgeable. He hid the wires in the wall which gives it a clean look. He provided a free estimate and did the install during the same visit. I would definitely recommend using this company for all your electrical work!

I placed a service call with Seven Cities Electric last week. Their response was prompt. The electrician and helper were very professional. They were thourough and corrected the problem. They were also neat and cleaned up before they left. Very pleased! Highly recommend!
