They previously installed a standby generator for me years ago. They didn't respond to my email request regarding another generator install I want to do at a separate property.

Terrible customer service and follow through. We have had a light that has been out for several months due for a warranty repair, and have had several false promises that we will be contacted regarding the repair and have yet to have a solution provided for us several months later.

Hired White Electric to take care of a few non-urgent electrical issues. Our electrician, Charles Sea, demonstrated customer service that is second to none. That, in addition to his professionalism and attention to detail, make him a tremendous ambassador for White Electric!

We had several outdoor lights installed and White Electric did a fantastic job. They are very professional. They are responsive. I called them Friday afternoon to get some lights fixed and they were there Monday by 1pm.

I don’t normally write reviews, however I felt inclined to do so in this situation. The office I work at had a simple track lighting issue where the bulbs went out and needed to be fitted for better suited bulbs and replaced. We had White Electric come out in early August of 2015 to look at this issue. I soon learned that this was the kind of company that I constantly had to call and follow up with in order to get any information about the problem. I would get a half-assed reply of “Oh we just need to order this, we’re just waiting on that, etc., etc., etc.” I trusted their professional opinion so I waited patiently. They came out to our office multiple times (and of course we received invoices for that) however the issue was ultimately NEVER resolved. We just needed bulbs for the track lighting pieces! It wasn’t a big fix, but it never got done. Towards the end I called Jamie for an update and he flat out told me that he still hadn’t looked into finding replacements, this was in February of 2016, mind you. After that conversation, I was feeling exacerbated and fed up with the situation, so I told him that we would no longer be needing their “services” and would move on with our business. I called Tracy Hare from Hare’s Heating, Cooling, and Electric and he came out the same day to look at our track lighting situation. He took a fixture with him, did research over the weekend, and came back on Monday with the correct bulbs. He installed them right then and there, and now the issue is resolved. Literally, he did the job in a matter of days as compared to months with White Electric. Tracy gave me his personal cell number and insisted that I call should any issue crop up.

A word to White Electric (Jamie specifically), you need to care about your clients more, even if their problem is small. To take from August – February on a job is unheard of. And to leave it unresolved? Highly unprofessional. I understand this is a one sided review, but I hope that whoever looks into hiring this company thinks twice about doing so.

I contacted White Electric to learn more about a GENERAC whole house backup generator. The owner of White Electric came to my residence to discuss the possiblities, installation options and all aspects of a Generac whole house generator. I found Mr. White to be very customer service oriented, extremely knowledgable of the Generac generator brand of products, honest and patient in his responses to all of the questions I asked him. Due to the comfort level and trust that I had in Mr. White, my wife and I quickly decided to go with White Electric to purchase and install a Generac 22kw. All aspects of the install went very smoothly. The installation crew showed up when they told me they would and kept me abreast on what was being done throughout the whole process. I am extremely happy that I chose White Electric for the purchase and installation of our new Generac 22kw whole house backup generator. I am very confident that if the situation ever arises that I have any additional questions or when the time comes for maintenance on the generator all I will need to do is pick up the phone and call White Electric and they will be there for us.

White's Electric installed a Whole Home Generac Generator in our home this week. Outstanding company. The man who came to install the generator , Art, was very polite and took his time showing us how the system works. Joey, the owner, an outstanding, honest man. He also sits down with you and takes his time going over all of the options, and answering any questions you may have. Can't say enough good about this company. Thank you so much. I could not be happier with this company. They just installed a whole house generator for me. Joey White was great. He was prompt, explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand, the price was great, he gave me a schedule that was followed and his installers were just as friendly and professional.
