Outstanding Service from Tyler at Nipper Electric!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Tyler from Nipper Electric for a panel replacement at my home, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service he provided. From start to finish, Tyler was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient.

First off, Tyler took the time to explain the entire process to me, making sure I understood what needed to be done and why it was necessary. His expertise was evident as he walked me through the different options and helped me choose the best one for my needs. He made sure I felt confident in the decision, without any pressure.

When it came time for the actual panel replacement, Tyler worked quickly but meticulously. He was punctual, courteous, and kept everything tidy, which I really appreciated. I was amazed at how smooth the entire process went – everything from disconnecting the old panel to installing the new one was handled seamlessly.

Not only did Tyler do an amazing job with the panel replacement itself, but he also took the time to answer all of my questions and even provided helpful tips for maintaining the system in the future. It's clear that he takes great pride in his work and genuinely cares about ensuring his customers are satisfied.

Nipper Electric installed an Interlock Kit so I can use a portable generator during power outages. Jorge was extremely professional, and the work looked well done. I've had a few companies come over and say they care about cleaning up but Jorge means it.

I'll also note that the complete team communicated really well. We had one issue receiving parts. But they called early and worked with our schedule to complete the job.

I'm really happy with the service from Nipper Electric, and I plan on using them again in the future.

Scheduling was relatively easy considering they are often busy. Had a Tech (Jorge) come out a few days after calling and he explained the process. Fee for the call is modest. If you want or need a more investigatory look, it is extra bust still reasonable. Jorge walked me through everything, including my request call, my concerns, my questions and follow on questions, and remedied all my concerns. Top notch service. Highly recommend.

Roger is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. He showed care when in our home, he explained his work/assessment well, and provided several estimates for future projects. We will continue doing business with Nipper for all of our electrical needs.

Really happy with services provided by Roger and Mason today! We hired Nipper to move an outlet and install a flush mount TV. The install was done exactly as discussed, the TV looks superb and now we have an outlet exactly where needed to hide cables/cords. Thank you for the great work!

I had a great experience with Jorge today. My generator stopped working and it was also time for my annual inspection. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained everything thoroughly. He was able to clean the terminals and saved me from having to buy a new battery. A very happy customer!!!

Roger and Corey came out today to fix a few things. My number one thing was the flag pole, no electricity for the lights. They fixed that so quickly. We’ve had no lights for weeks. Another was the backyard lights. We had to order some parts for that. These two were so kind, and courteous. Can’t thank the enough!!!

Roger Zimmerman was the electrician from Nipper Electric who fixed our rather short notice problem with Dominion Electric. He was prompt, courteous, and kept us informed as he replaced our meter base and the main line to our service panel. I would hesitate to recommend him or Nipper Electric to anyone! Very impressed!

This is my first experience hiring electrician. Jorge was professional and polite. The issue was diagnosed within minute and tackled in timely manner. Automated messaging is a huge plus to know who will show up and times updates.

Absolutely fantastic work! Jorge and his apprentices have been out to our house twice and I've been completely satisfied each time. I'll only ever use Nipper for all my electrician needs. I'm planning on having them back out for more work in the future as we slowly remodel our townhouse.

They were on time to the minute, completely profesional and thorough. They made sure to clean up after and were very careful with everything they touched. I'm beyond pleased!

I am downgradeing this review from 5 Stars to 1 Star. This company is not the same since a big corporation bought them out from New York. Also the fired Rocky for no good reason. They also overcharge for things. They wanted $300 to install a fan, but Rocky charged me a fair price of $150 on his own time. I ended up giving him $200 because Rocky does not take advantage of people like this company does. Bring back Rocky and charge customers a fair price then I might change it back again.

Jorge with Nipper Electrical came out today worked on upgrading our worn out old lighting. He was super professional and and on time. He did everything the was contracted and cleaned up to a tee behind himself. Absolutely would recommend him for any electric job you may have! Total Rockstar!

Corey and Mason just finished up a handful of electrical upgrades and I can't recommend them enough. Our older home had some unexpected challenges but they worked it all out! They were not only very professional and thorough but just nice guys in general. Highly recommend.

I called them to install a circuit per my HVAC contractor - it is a $59 service fee which is waived if they do the work. They came out spent one hour looking at it and it ened up I did not need the circuit. They waived the service fee. That is just good business. I will defintiely call them again. Thank you guys so much!
