I've got to start by saying Nipper has bailed me out of electrical issues more than once as a Facilities Maintenance Manager for a fabrication shop and a warehouse manager for a commercial roofing company. My regular Electrician (not nipper) was unable to come to my shop and perform an emergency repair. One of our machines went down that is vital to our fabrication shop's function. The machine needed an electrical repair so i went down a long list of googles recommended electricians and every company i called could not perform the repair the same day! Nipper electric not only answered the phone they had Roger Zimmerman & his sidekick Mason out at my location within an hour! Everything was repaired efficiently and in a precise manner and we were back up and running within an hour and a half!!!That is some of the best service I've ever received !!!!

Mr. Roger was supposed to be at my shop at 4pm on a Friday to do a lengthy well overdue electrical job of tracing wires from my three breaker boxes and relabeling the breakers accurately. Roger Called me at 5:30pm and was hung up with another customer on another job and was still willing to come to my warehouse and office to perform the tracing of the wires! Roger was willing to go the extra mile on a friday afternoon and work at my place of business from 6pm-9pm! Over the phone I requested that we do the job on a Sunday so the power being cut on and off wouldn't effect the operation of my office and fabrication shop. With out hesitation Roger gave me a date and a time for a Sunday morning! When i showed up at 6:00am on Sunday Roger and his helper Mason were outside the building waiting on me to the building and unlock the office and turn off the alarm. Roger & Mason were done with this job in under two hours and it was done accurately & correctly.

My first work order service from Nipper was when they service our Generac generator in July. I just have to share my wonderful experience dealing with this company. The office staff who answered my inquiry had immediately set the tone on how my experience with them is going to be. She was very helpful and responsive to my inquiry! Then I had to call them again and I was scheduled right away and they sent Jorge Ali, the tech who diagnosed an oil leak but needed a part (sensor) to fix it and has to be ordered. Throughout the week I was updated on current status on where we at re the sensor. Jorge Ali was the technician that came to fix it and did a great job! From the office staff of Nipper to Jorge Ali, the tech, they have provided me with top notch service! I would highly recommend them for any electrical needs just as they were highly recommended to me by Hare’s HVAC!

They did an excellent job. Scheduled easily with a short window timeframe that worked for me and quickly fixed my issue for a fair price. Thank you for the help we look forward to using in the future.

Great company! Called yesterday with a problem with a breaker in my rental and they had a technician out this afternoon. He was prompt, knowledgeable, called and explained everything in detail. Receptionist was very kind, knowledgeable, and caring too. Highly recommend!!!

Called them because a series of outlets weren’t working. They sent someone out the next business day to check it out. Jorge found the problem in about 10 minutes, fixed it up and was out within 20 minutes! Price was great, and work was excellent. Thank you Nipper!

Jorge was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained every facet of the work he would perform, as well as options to the work for our consideration. Additionally, he would provide instruction to his assistant, Mason. There were aspects of the project that were difficult. Jorge took the time to explain and ensure his assistant fully understood how the wiring should be done to achieve the required results safely and correctly. Nipper Electric installed a 240V EV charger for my new Tesla. They were on a short list of recommended electricians when I made the purchase. The entire process from initial quote to final installation went very smoothly. Good communications and professionalism. The price was fair and appropriate for the work that was performed.

Right as I was boarding a flight to Hawaii, I got a call that our electrical panel had failed and the power company couldn’t safely reconnect the service because of the panel’s age. My mother-in-law was at home watching our dog in the middle of July with no AC — a nightmare scenario.

The owner himself drove out that same day to personally inspect the situation and set up a safe, temporary solution so the power and air conditioning could be restored. Nipper had great turn around time and professional staff. We called them at 8am and they were there by 10am. We had a small electrical fire the night before and they were quick on making the repair and getting our hot water turned back on during this cold time of year. Jorge was very professional and gave clear options on what we could do, and when he realized neither of those options were going to work after further investigation he was clear and honest with everything that was going on. He made sure to answer all of our questions and concerns. This is the second time we have used Nipper and we would use them again.
