Mason and crew upgraded our whole house electrical panel today and everything was done professionally with no shortcuts. They even got permits so we can list it was done if we choose to sell our house. It took only about 4 hours and they cleaned up after themselves. They are very knowledgeable and kept us updated through the whole process. I definitely recommend their service as i am glad i did. Would give them more then 5 stars if i could. They did an amazing job.

If you are looking for a quality company to do major electrical repair service, I highly recommend Cole Electric Services, Inc. 4001 Virginia Beach Blvd. I contacted them after they were listed on Home Advisor and received a text back immediately. The master electrician came out, assessed the work to be done, explained to us what would be involved and reviewed the approximate time frame for the work, gave us an itemized list with costs and answered our questions. We contracted with them and are very pleased with their work and their responsiveness to any questions we had. We had a few nagging electrical problems (2 GFCI circuits not working properly, can lights inoperable…) and I was having trouble finding someone who was willing to come out for a small job. Went to the. ANJI app, entered my requirements and got an immediate response from Cole Electrical. They gave me an acceptable quote and I set up an appointment for a few days later. The office staff was excellent.
Jay and Seth showed up right on time and were ready to get to work! Both men were friendly, courteous and we’ll mannered. They were glad to answer any questions and to offer suggestions. It was a pleasure working with them and they had everything fixed within 45 minutes or so.
I’ll certainly use Cole again if I have additional issues!

Cole installed several new circuits in my kitchen during a remodel of my older home. They made smart decisions on what existing circuit wiring could be reused to limit the number of new runs to make. Great communication from the owner Andy and professional work from Mason and other electricians. Would use them again and recommend to anyone.

Cole is responsive, professional, competent and reasonably priced -- what more can you ask? Their team installed a new ceiling light fixture over a very high staircase and got some exterior floodlights working again -- small-ish jobs but they did them efficiently and well. We'll be using them again.

You know you have a great company when they sacrifice a pay day just to help a needy customer. Giving me 1990s vibes with that treatment.

I have been using Cole Electric for 3 years and have always had great experiences with them. The electricians are very knowledgeable and helpful. I have had other electricians come to my home and were not very pleasant and would try to tell me something was wrong and needs to be fixed right away tactics. So I called Cole Electric on the issue 3 years ago and had a second opinion because the price was way high and I wanted to see if it was true. Glad I had that second opinion because Cole Electric was very honest and I did not need that work to be done. Cole Electric is a very honest company and does not take advantage of people they believe in quality and will give true feedback and help. The electricians have great customer service. Cole Electric does not take advantage of their customers. Recently we have had the RING installed by Mason who was great! Then we had an emergency on a Sunday morning a couple of weeks ago and the electrician came out and fixed our issue within a few hours.

I highly recommend Cole Electric to anyone and Andy is awesome as well. Cole Electric is the only electricians I will have do work on my home.

Cole Electric changed two fixtures on very high ceilings and installed new recessed lighting in two rooms. They are super professional and efficient. The quality of the work was outstanding - turned out even better than I had hoped. A big plus is that they offered advice about how many lights to install (fewer than we expected) and where to put them for the best effect. We now have our go-to electricians and will be working with them again as we update our house. I cannot recommend Cole highly enough.

Second time I used Cole. Extremely happy with both encounters.
This time they installed a rather unusual chandelier that was custom made in Israel. I was a bit nervous as it was very expensive and fragile, but they didn't bat an eye. It was an easy-peasy installation in short-order. I wouldn't hesitate to trust this company.

Brandi and Ashley in the office staff were fantastic to deal with and they responded to our calls promptly. Carter, the master electrician, showed up on time and did an amazing job with the work. He and his helper advised us on the best course of action and cleaned up after the work was completed. Pricing was extremely fair and better than a lot of local VB electricians. Fantastic company! From the office staff to the electricians. Yes electrical is expensive so even more reason to pick the right company. We went through several and I can tell you this is the one for residential electrical. Most companies will over sell you on what you don't need and others will leave you stranded as they care more about commercial work. Cole Electric will not leave you with a problem and they do everything they can to assist and fix it. Refreshing to find Cole Electric.

I got an appointment to put in a new fan in my ceiling within a week which fit my schedule best. Ryan and Seth got right to the job and was done in an hour and a half. Fan looks great. No mess left. I couldn't be happier with the process and cost.
