Huge thanks to electrician Zach for outstanding work! He showed true professionalism, was very polite, and answered all of my questions in detail even the ones I hadn’t thought of. He provided an estimate and, to my surprise, replaced an old outlet with a new one completely free of charge.
Such attentive and kind service is a real rarity nowadays.

Erik and Breon, came by to wrap up our projects. First Breon came by and revealed that   that he's been promoted to project manager, which is amazing and well deserved. He then installed an electrical outlet for the electrical fireplace insert, thanks to Erik for locating where the blower motor was and left shortly afterwards. Then Erik came by and finished installing the remaining GFCI Circuits in the Electrical Panel, the Fandelier in the kitchen and other little things to put the finishing touches on this project. What a wonderful team you provided us Mr. Electric. Erik is an awesome Electrical Technician and his workmanship and professionalism is nothing short of superb. Thank you Mr. Electric for dispatching Erik along with Breon towards the finish line to our residence. Erik attention to detail was very instrumental in making sure our various electrical projects were fully completed. Both of them have truly has been a joy to work with and would definitely like to have either of them or both back again should another project or 2 surface in the future.

I need to change my review. The fix only worked for 20 hours. The $850 “fix” was not the fix at all. The electrician was kind, friendly, and patient. I explained to him our issue with our electricity running to the shed along with the things I did to troubleshoot already. I don’t feel that the correct diagnosis was done to pinpoint my problem. He didn’t check any voltage or reading or anything. Just took what I said and provided an expensive fix for an electrical box and some wires. I had someone else come out who actually took reading and pinpointed my issue to the wire underground. Ran a wire from my breaker to the shed and let is run for a few days to make sure that fixed my issue. THEN the line was properly put in conduit and buried in the ground. I will never recommend Mr Electric - 1, too expensive, and 2, the problem was fixed for $850 DOLLARS!!!

My technician - Tony, was in a word awesome!!! He has a great eye for detail and an attitude that does not let anything slip or stop him. While at the same time exuding customer service. I am (now) a Mr Electric customer for life. I will reach out when I need anything electrical.

I have used Tony via Mr Electic once again, and once again Tony hit it out of the park. The latest was a new chandelier in the foyer. Not an easy job. It was replacing the original light fixture. The work went smoothly and the finished product looks awesome. Tony’s experience shows. He got the job done quickly and with a smile on his face. As stated before, I am a customer for life.

Mr. Garcia did an awesome job of installing my pendant light over my sink to include the patch work to match the ceiling. Above and beyond. I did a great job of explaining as he went and he asked questions to ensure I was getting what I wanted. I would definitely recommend.

Great customer service from the people over the phone who greeted me nicely and gave me updates on technicians arrival. Tony was the electrician who serviced us and was transparent and asked questions and was able to discover the problem quickly. He was courteous and professional and we appreciate the help! Cost was pricey but expected since everything is pricey now adays and covered by home warranty.
