Very satisfied! Called several different electricians about a Tesla charger install and upgrading a panel box on a second floor and running the lines to the main floor. Everyone made it seem like a difficult and expensive job but Paul Walker Electric came out and it was a quick and easy job at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend!

Crew was on time, professional, and fairly priced. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the job and that all repairs were completed to my expectations. They even cleaned up after themselves! I will definitely be calling Paul Walker Elctrical the next time I need work done.

We recently moved and had to use Paul Walker Electric several times to bring our 1969 house up to code! They did a very professional job and swiftly also. Since we moved to our wonderful Condo we have had to use them to change out the plug on my dryer to fit the receptacle on the wall...Would not hesitate to use them again. This guys did a really good job on my crazy project. I needed stuff added to my electric panel, new outlets, new lights... You name it. They were on time. Respected my no shoes policy and cleaned up! If you are looking for a local, family owned and operated lighting specialist or electrician in Virginia Beach, Paul Walker Electric should be your first call. We used to say our house was rigged using a "Fisher Price My First Electrician" kit when the previous owners flipped it to sell more than a decade ago. We have had multiple Virginia Beach electrical companies and electricians come out to make repairs, expecting it would just be a continual problem for the remainder of the time we own this home. For the last of those repairs, we were referred to Paul Walker Electric. They were on time for their estimate, which was thorough, educational, honest and more than fairly priced. The work was scheduled quickly, and they sent a team of knowledgeable, polite and personable licensed electricians to our home, arriving on time and ready to work. They respected our property, protecting everything they were working around with supplies they brought with them, covered their shoes, vacuumed and swept behind themselves each step of the way. They even pet and socialized with my senior dog who was annoyingly under their feet the whole time, without a single complaint. They took the time troubleshoot and "undo" the irresponsible and unconventional wiring the previous owners installed and other repair companies ignored and just patched. We used them for multiple fan wiring and installation projects, outlet repair, receptacle installation, light wiring and porch light installation and could not be impressed more. They even sent an additional crew member in the afternoon when it looked like they may not be finished before the end of the day to ensure they met the timeline in the estimate. This was impressive to say the least, we are so used to "we'll be back another time to fix..."
One of the fans (we purchased) they installed had a factory defect, so they even took the time to uninstall it so we could return it to the store we bought it from. When the new one arrived a couple of weeks later and my husband was installing it (since they had already had it all set up to be wired), they even answered questions about a step he was confused about - on a Saturday, having one of their installation technicians call us to walk us through. That was unheard of for us, what a way to go above and beyond to ensure the job they started was completed properly. We cannot be more impressed and would recommend Paul Walker Electric to any and all who will listen. I did not stop talking about how impressed I was for weeks, giving their number to anyone who would listen and will continue to do so.

I reached out over the weekend for an issue I was having with my kitchen lights. Patti responded almost immediately and had someone to my house Monday morning. From the time Ryan arrived until he left he was very professional and courteous. He took the time to explain what was wrong and fixed it in no time. I had a light fixture replaced in a walk in closet. Jackson and his assistant showed up on time and even waited 10 minutes with me running behind. He professionally communicated over the phone upon arrival and no one home.

Jackson came prepared with the fixture and proper tools and even drop cloth to ensure everything was tidy. Once my old fluorescent fixture was removed it was wrapped up ensuring a tidy job.

My new LED works great and looks fantastic! Jackson took the additional time for the right fit to cover the existing fixture preventing new paint. After inspection I was completely satisfied.

I already have a few new jobs for them once the projects are within my budget. I will also note the office picks up the phone during hours which is a bonus talking to a real person. They also can provide a range of cost. The trip charge is $180, plus materials and time on the job after one hour I believe.

My lights were flickering and I couldn’t figure out why. I called Paul and he came out and took a look. He made arrangements to get to me the next day and thank God he did. He was up and down the ladder several times in the attic. Checking light switches and fixtures. He said let me take one more look in the attic to trace another wire. I said are you sure? He came back down and said let’s take a look at this plug. As soon as he took the plate off he saw it right away. You could smell the burnt electrical smell. The plug was still warm. If he didn’t care so much about doing a complete and thorough job my house could have eventually caught fire from that one loose wire. Thank you Paul!!!

I love capital they usually have everything I need, everybody at the counter is super friendly. The only downside is that their prices are sometimes higher than other places but the convenience of it makes it worth it because there's more capitals in the seven city area than there is any other electrical supply house

The manager looks like a hillbilly wild man, but he is extremely friendly and equally knowledgeable. Highly recommend this store.
If you go to the counter and see Doug, he's not dead. He just looks like it. He'll give you great service.

Needed a breaker in a pinch and while they didn't have it in stock, Doug was able to quickly locate it and order for us to pick up tomorrow. Excellent service!

Great customer Service, the staff is helpful and that's important since I am not an experienced electrician and these guys really help me figure out what I need to work on my DIY projects. They know I wont be buying a lot but still treat me with the same level of service as anyone else. I appreciate that.

It was a pleasure doing business with Levinsky Electric. Mike (the owner) showed up on time the day of the appointment and proceeded to upgrade my load center. Since the power was out for rhe duration, I hung out with him and we talked about a bunch of stuff. The conversation flowed as if we'd known each other for a long time. Anyway, he completed his task a lot faster than I expected and everything worked like a charm when he was done. I highly recommend them for your electrical needs.
