Happy Traeger Day 2021! First time going into Anderson's and wish I have done so earlier. Great store with exceptionally awesome staff!

Beautiful selection of indoor plants. A little pricey, but the terracotta pots are a really good price! I got 4!

A wonderful place to shop! Everything you ever wanted is all in one location. You must go see for yourself. A perfect place to shop with girlfriends or husbands! Delicious meals or items to select for lunch!
Don’t miss the nursery in the back with a wide selection of flowers and shrubs !

I would give this place a ten out ten ! I absolutely love it here! I was traveling from Richmond,Virginia. We were traveling to go to the Virginia Aquairum and decided to stop to get food and I found this GEM online I have four children a 8yr 5yr and two 1yr. My family had such a great time ! The play area was just enough for them they meet so many great friends ! The food was good ! The drinks was top tier. I know exactly where to go when I’m traveling with my family thank you staff for you all generosity ! Staff was EXTREMELY helpful and pleasant ! We all had a great time

They had the very elusive and world's hottest Carolina Reaper in stock when I went! Can't even order these right now. Thanks Anderson's!

Everything garden - plants, pots, shoes, clothes, outdoor furniture, art, seeds, bird baths, and more... AND restaurant, bar, mini golf, and playground!

Firstly the place is overall very cute to the eye,
However the place definitely has more flaws that it’s worth going to. The food came out burnt my order was wrong, the kids couldn’t eat the chicken tenders because it was so hard. The food with tip was over 90.00. I tried to brush it off until I went to get a couple things and how it was rung up was completely wrong the tags were not correct versus the price on the actual items in the computer. So I ended up overpaying what I wanted to spend. The stickers on the items don’t matter clearly you have to ask how much it really costs. The customer service is nonexistent. I ended up spending over 200.00 here and I left in tears. Also keep an eye out for your little ones because a baby managed a to crawl on top of one of the playhouses and nearly slipped until my daughter caught her and one little girl
Stood on the chimney and almost fell backwards there’s a fence that would most definitely more than hurt a kid if they fell off. Needless to say this place isn’t that great and I really really wanted it to be because there’s not much to do locally I ranted and raved about coming here and left disappointed.

My husband and I went and had great service! My husband built his own burger with sweet potato fries (yes, I tried and it was delish)! I had a Tuna salad (wild caught tuna which was a win) and the fresh fruits and veggies made it all! Beverages are great as well and they make all their own juices (even sweeten with agave)! If you want healthy and delightful taste, then go here! They do movies Wed nights as well!

The boutique person was so helpful and kind. Garden items always high quality. Beautiful plants and flowers.

Today I had a wonderful experience at this location. I had my German Shepherd Sadie with me and we were walking through the garden section and she decided she had to go to the bathroom. I searched for paper towels LOL and along comes a wonderful lady named Diane. She helped me take care of this situation and then chatted with me for a bit about German shepherds etc. She is the kind of lady I love to see and interact with at any store I go to. Great job and I appreciate your kindness so very much. Anderson's seems like a wonderful place to work and that the employees are treated well to extend such helpfulness to the customers along with a smile. It goes a long way in my book. OBSESSED with this place. Everything was so beautiful, the plants were taken care of, the food at the Sage Kitchen was delicious! The staff was phenomenal and so friendly. I appreciated them checking in on me.

Nice plant store with a variety of options. They have a lot of extra store items, mainly beachy knick knacks, decor, and clothing. In the store, they have a restaurant, Sage Kitchen, with indoor and outdoor seating. You can also reserve this space for private events. Outdoors they have a playground, putt putt course, and a small arcade.

Went to Anderson’s for lunch with family, I am from CT, ended up having the most Amazing Sangria of my life!! Food was great, the gift shop area was nice and the mini golf was fun and unexpected. Didn’t even know it was there, this place goes on and on. The garden center was huge and beautiful. This place will now be a must to include in my next trip to Virginia Beach.

I love the Newport News location so much more! They have more options available and the plants look more healthy. Staff is more friendly too.

Prices have went way up from a few years ago, why? I can get these Venus fly traps for less than half the price at Home Depot… ($8) ridiculous to sell them for $20 ea regardless! Staff always super helpful and nice just can’t get my head around some of the major inflation for some of the smallest plants 🌱

Took my toddler to their toddler Tuesday event and it was so fun. Bringing my boyfriend this weekend to eat and look around. Fun little spot highly recommended

This is a destination type of store that includes gardening, attire and gifts, mini golf, a restaurant, playground, ping pong, bar and arcade. We went there the shop and play mini golf. It’s a simple course but it’s very nicely done. We stayed for drinks and lunch.

Pretty cool place. It has some great outdoor seating. Shopping on the inside for beach clothes and decor. The Sage Kitchen is a decent place to eat. The burger was good, not even close to places like Aloha Snacks or The Hearth, but good. Farm to table style. They have a good beer selection and mixed drinks.

Great selection and plants were healthier and cheaper than other local places. Everyone was approachable, helpful, and friendly. The cashier was super nice too. We will be going there from now on.

This was my 1st visit to Anderson's, and I was impressed. What a beautiful store with a nice variety of garden options. I did not try the restaurant. The clothing items were nice but seemed overpriced. The garden items were priced accordingly, and many of their statuary had great prices. The plants all looked healthy and well taken care of. The staff were helpful and friendly. They had a little mini golf course, which I'm sure is helpful for those shopping with children.

This is much more than an ordinary garden center. You can find all your garden needs here. The store is huge, clean, and neat. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The store is easy to navigate and well stocked. They sell outdoor furniture, clothing, and accessories. They have a restaurant inside named Sage Kitchen. The restaurant has inside and outside seating. They are very family-friendly. There's a play area outside for the kids, an arcade, and put put golf on site. There's plenty of pots and garden decorations to choose from. They have healthy, beautiful plants for sale. There's plenty of parking. Prices vary on items but are reasonable to high.
