If I could rate them no stars I would... we paid Ashton a little over 10K to do our front yard. They did the work in November of last year and when summer came around it was apparent that some of the plants they used were too tall and because they were too tall they had essentially killed the plants behind them. We went with Ashton because they had guaranteed if any of the plants died within a year they would replace them. We have tried contacting them this entire summer and have been getting the run around. The last we were told was we are waiting on them to make a decision?? I am super upset we went with them. We had plans of asking them to do our back yard but after the cost and service we have received with the front yard we are definitely looking for some one else to do it. Would not recommend Ashton Landscaping for anything.

I recently had Ashton do a major yard cleanup/cleanout in order to prepare for a fence replacement. The crew was polite, hardworking and did an excellent job. Highly recommend.

I have been thoroughly disappointed by this company. The results speak for themselves, check out the photos. After nearly 6 months, the lawn is inundated with weeds, the grass along my beds and trees was sprayed instead of the weeds, the lawn is continually cut much higher than requested, and the company has given a mediocre response to my concerns. The owner and the front office did not respond to an email or formal legal letter outlining my concerns. The sales representative promised to cut my warm season grass to my specifications which was short, yet failed to deliver. They keep telling me I have to wait to see results. They've had 6 months and the weeds keep getting worse and the lawn looks terrible.

I hope this review gives prospective clients a look at what "professional" lawncare looks like. This honestly has been the worst experience I've had with a company in the last decade. What really stands out to me is the owner's complete lack of response to my concerns even when trying to work through things in a professional manner, especially after having used them for a very high-cost landscaping project. The lawncare service is abysmal.

Take a look at what you will be locking in for their 1-year contract before signing. They want to hold the customer like myself to the contract, yet completely fail to deliver results as pitched.

The Ashton crew did a fantastic job removing a weed infested juniper area, planting replacements, rebuilding a sunken paver area & adding steps. The crew was hard working & courteous.

Ashton Landscaping recently completed an extensive renovation of my front yard's landscaping. At the outset, Chip Ashton visited my home and designed a beautiful, detailed plan. The installation included removal of plantings in place for 30 years! It went seamlessly -- no small feat! The business office and landscape crew were meticulous and kept me informed at every point. Ashton Landscape is a full service landscape business and everyone involved clearly takes pride in their work. I highly recommend them for your landscape needs!

I have been extremely pleased with them. Kyle and Luis were really great the last time they were here. They used the blower to blow all my leaves (and there are a lot) into 3 large piles to make it easier to rake. I’ve gotten several compliments on how nice the yard always looks. One delivery person didn’t even want to walk across it because she said it was too pretty. So, thank you for all the great work that you do!! ❤️

I used Ashton for almost 4 years to treat one small section of my lawn that was shaded and planted in Fescue. Ashton was not supposed to treat any other parts of the yard.

In July of this year, a tech came out and applied a fungicide to the entire front. I immediately contacted Ashton and met with the manager who assured me that future applications would be applied to the correct section of the yard. That assurance lasted 3 weeks. On August 22nd, an Ashton tech arrived and promptly applied a broad spectrum weed killer, a fertilizer, and another fungus application. In 15 minutes, he managed to undo years of work that it took to establish my lawn. These were the wrong chemicals applied at the wrong time in the wrong area resulting in killing off the great majority of my Centipede lawn, except for where he missed. The only saving grace is that he did a poor job of applying the chemicals. My ring security camera captured him spraying the entire front. He was either given the wrong information as to where and what to treat, or no information at all, except for an address.

I met with the Ashton manager again, and he immediately tried to gaslight me by saying only fungicide and fertilizer were applied (no matter what the tech signed off on) and that furthermore, Ashton was not responsible for its mistakes (according to their contract). He did agree to buy 2 lbs of Centipede seed (what I thought was needed based on the die off at the time). I have since purchased 10 more lbs. This may seem like a small amount, but Centipede cost about $60 a lb.

They (Ashton) demand 45 day's notice if you are not renewing your contract. Luckily, I had notified the company on August 7 that I would not be continuing the contract. Unfortunately, I let them apply the final treatment.

I will replant my yard in the Spring and hopefully bring it back. However, If asked to give Ashton a rating, I would give them a negative 5 stars. They are not trustworthy and I never got even a half hearted "We're sorry" for the damage done.

I can’t say enough phenomenal things about Grey and Arc Landscaping. His vision came to life and it was better than I expected. Not being on site he was highly communicative and was always available. I am going to add some photos below to highlight his genius. We have all been there where people over promise and underdeliver. He promised and over-delivered. The project speaks for itself. I would recommend Grey for any project and plan to use him again due to a drainage issue I have with our driveway.

I found Arc on Instagram and gave them a call. Gray called me back within the day, which is rare and then he set an appt, actually showed up and then got me a quote within days. I was impressed at this point, as I find, contractors and landscapers hardly follow through. That was not the case here. Then he chose plants and helped design the front of my yard based on the high amount of sun and wind I get and what I wanted. I am a very indecisive person and went back and forth many times with Gray as to what I wanted. His vast knowledge on plants and his patience sealed the deal and helped me feel comfortable and confident in my choices. Any other landscaper probably would have just been done with me. Prices were very fair and his work and his workers was very professional and solid. I would highly recommend Arc and already have! Thank you! It is very hard to find a trustworthy landscaper who does good, professional work with not outlandish prices like some of the big landscaping companies.
