We're so impressed with the work A.R.C. Landscaping has done on our yard. It really has never looked better! Grey, the owner, is a great guy and easy to communicate with. He always comes when he says he's going to come and offers extremely reasonable rates.

We could not be more pleased with the service we have received (and continue to receive) from Grey Young and the team at ARC. Grey and ARC do what they say they will do, and finish the job when they say it will be done; there is none of the typical run-around, mistakes and missed deadlines typically associated with the landscape design industry. Grey himself is invaluable from beginning to end, with everything from design elements, to budget planning, to timing considerations, to “oversight” work, and ARC's services and expertise are second-to-none. What an excellent company. Grey designed my front yard landscaping beyond my expectations. It is gorgeous. His vision is on point and his prices are very fair!!!!! Grey and his team did a WONDERFUL job on our front yard transformation. They started on time, were polite, and worked hard. The results are beautiful. Our project involved cleaning beds, tree removal, stone laying, mulch and planting. Everything was well orchestrated and they worked long days to complete the project on time. His crew was very impressive and Grey never left our site while the project was going on. We would (and will) hire Grey again!

When we purchased our home one of the first things we noticed was that the house was behind huge holly trees that were overgrown and preventing natural light from coming into the house! We contacted Grey Young who worked with us to develop a clean up/ demolition plan and a rebuild plan. His team is amazing! They showed up on time and worked diligently to ensure everything was exactly as we approved on the plans. Grey also contacted the sprinkler company to repair the sprinkler system. Everyone that passes by has complimented the new yard and the coastal feel of the design. If you want a beautiful yard and good people to work with please contact A.R.C. Landscaping. My company has used ARC for several years to handle several of our commercial properties. They have been great to work with, always making our landscaping look its best. They have been extremely responsive and accommodating to any special requests. I would highly recommend them.

Grey and his team did such an AMAZING job on our completely overgrown front garden beds. He was responsive, flexible just overall a great guy to work with! After nine months of me trying to keep up with that yard work, ARC came in and made it look better than it has ever looked. Such a great job and I’m so excited for my husband to return from deployment and actually be able to see our front walkway and front of the house. Highly, highly recommend!

Employee driving near NAS Oceana on May 24 at 0700 decided he wanted to get over without room (despite there being no need to) and nearly ran me off the road to do so. I had to slam on breaks and nearly caused a wreck. If you look up reviews on here or yelp they clearly have a consistent problem.

Solid work done at a great price!

UPDATE AFTER TALKING TO THE OWNER: Brandon called me early the following morning. I explained what happened and he listened and was super responsive. We have set up a system where his crews will know (using an app) not to trim this tree. I feel very positive about the future.

They butchered my Japanese maple (after I told them I'd be responsible for hand trimming it) which I have hand raised from a sapling and is now full grown. I was told I'd get an email address (2 times by lady who answered phone) and never received it. Lady also denied, despite being told I caught her workers doing it, that they'd trimmed the maple. Workers claimed not to speak English, not to have a bosses name, and to have no phone number for contacting the company. To bad they drove a company truck with a phone number. This is a $6000 tree. Told owner, Brandon, does not call customers with complaints back. I'd never use them again. Happy to provide picture evidence via PM.

UPDATE: The lady who answers the phone called me begging me to take down this comment on the promise that the owner would call me tomorrow. Apparently he was to busy with his kids to call me this evening. SMH.

They're terrible. They do the landscaping at the apartment complex I live in (Oasis) and always do the bare minimum and can't even cut the grass or bushes properly. If they can't do the basics right, that says a lot!
