There is good reason for Jim and his team to have received 5 stars. Our lighting design is GORGEOUS! Our backyard now looks like an upscale resort, and the front of our house looks stately! In addition to the quality of the design and workmanship, I have to say that after having spent the last year and a half on building a house addition, pool instillation, and fence instillation, I had become accustomed to the headaches associated with contractors and work crews. I was surprised by the professionalism of this company. It could not have been a more pleasant experience. Thanks, Jim!

Jim was amazing to work with. He listened to my desires and didn't try to oversell. His install team (Chris & Christian) were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. They restored the landscaping to original condition and even moved a couple plants to ensure the best lighting display after asking me first. Jim came by the night of the install to inspect and his team was out the following day to make minor adjustments. This is a top-notch outfit and I highly recommend OLP for your lighting needs.

Jim was very helpful in outlining the details of the project, especially in choosing the yard locations in which to highlight. His installation team was on time, courteous, and paid attention to details (like our dog fence line.). Highly recommend this company, and we love our exterior lighting. OLP of Virginia Beach is an outstanding company who cares about how people are living. My experience has been amazing and love the transformation that the Gemstone Lights have made to my home. I'm looking forward to the next phase which will enhance my home even more. The technicians were absolutely awesome and took their time to make sure everything was done to perfection. The owner(Jim) was absolutely awesome giving me a demo of how to work the different functions of the Gemstone Lights from my phone. The salesman (Steve) was very patient in letting us take our time to decide on when to move forward with the project. I also want to recognize the entire OLP crew for following up with us whenever there's an issue with the lights. That's very important because it doesn't leave the customer wondering that it's all about the money. Continue doing what you're doing OLP lighting. Don't change a thing!

OLP did a fantastic job. The installation went well, was quick and they cleaned up right after. They are always responsive from consultation to payment. We definitely made the right choice and we're looking to hiring them again for future projects.

They have done our house lights and lit up some of our trees in the front of our house and every single time we've worked with them it has been effortless. They show up when they say they will, they're professional and communicative. Would absolutely recommend them! Will add pics soon!
